Rothman Furniture Stores

I give this place 4 stars because the furniture selection is pretty good. It's definitely worth checking out if you are looking for furniture. The thing that I like about this place is that they do have some high end items here, but unlike a lot of other companies, this place actually is willing to negotiate with you. For example, if you are buying a couple of items, they'll allow some wiggle room on the price in-order to save you some money. I didn't find everything for my house here, but I found about 1/4 of the everything here.

Do not buy any of their furniture it's defective already that's why it's being sold so cheap. I bought furniture less than a week ago my chair is making noise every time you sit in it. Like it really embrassing. I called and was told sales are final there is nothing they could do. The chair I sat in that was in the store didn't do that. Just crazy..they wouldn't even exchange it. If you just need furniture to fill up your house and don't care about the quality this place is for you. I see why they are going out of business.

This used to be a great place 10-15 years ago. Now the furniture and mattresses are such a poor quality. I purchased a bed frame metal 2 years ago. It's broken and no one would help me without an extended warranty of course. I am a 23 year customer. They wouldn't even tell me who to call to PAY for the repair. The frame was obviously defective to break the way it did. Won't shop there again.

My experience with Rothman in the O'Fallon store was given 5 Stars! I contacted Adam who immediately got me over to a Customer Sales Associate, Justin who quickly heard and handled my concerns just like that! Snap! Due to a serious surgery, I could not physically be in the store. But. Justin took all of my concerns and handled my matters ...just like that! In a snap My healing, and rest I owe it all to them. Best Relaxing Rothman Recliner ever....and it feels great! Thank you Justin, thank you Rothman! PS: Take that other recliner dealers whose sales associates kept me on hold, or referred me to their website and hung up on me when I was not finished with my questions!! Let's just say their store associates were too, Lazy!!

Way over priced, it's no wonder they're going out of business. Found many of the exact same items at Weekends Only for 1/5 of the 70% off price and the service is much friendlier at W.O as well.

Over priced. Went in because of the stores closing and found furniture marked up more than twice the price as other nearby furniture stores.

Prices didn't seem to be reduced and didn't have what I was looking for. Sales person wasn't helpful and really didn't care.

They took great care of us, our new furniture is amazing!

They raised the prices then marked them down to the original price for the sale
