Do not bring your STIHL equipment here for repair. The guy they have working for them took 3 months to tell me one motor was blown and couldn’t do anything and the other he didn’t know what was wrong with. I don’t recommend STIHL or Rowlett Hardware. Until they get someone else, bring your stuff somewhere else!

Love this place. Very friendly, happy cashier. Sorta expensive on some things. They have sure a variety of stuff. Check it out you want regret it!
Not only does this store have friendly staff, but just about everything you could ever need in terms of actual hardware. I do a lot of custom fabrication work and when I need a single bolt or specialty fastener to get the job done, this is where I go. Huge thanks to the owners for keeping the old bin-and-bag system for hardware. Makes my life so much easier when I don't have to buy 20 bolts when I only need one.
Always support our local stores and have lived here our whole lives. Went to buy a few washers and lock washers. Went to cash register to check out and the lady gave me a pen and paper and said she needed the numbers to be able to check out. Me being the nice guy went and did there job for them. Brought the paper back and she said I need you to write the prices down too. That was enough for me and I just walked out. Cleburne Texas

OMG! Go to their kitchen department,, it's the best. Don't forget to buy fudge, best I've ever tasted . Oh and my husband loves to shop there also, he always finds exactly what he needs. Go, go now!!!
Friendly helpful staff. Good selection of merchandise at reasonable prices. Everything you need for home repairs. They have many items you won't find at the big box stores. The fudge they sell is delicious.
- [ ] What happened to the customer service ? When did we get to the point where a worker stocking a shelve or doing an inventory in a store was more important than the customer shopping in that store? If a customer treats an employee in a rude manner it’s usually because that employee acts like their too busy to be bothered. I do get cranky when I’m treated in a disrespectful or rude manner. Why is that my fault? How can a business person turn that around and blame me for an employee’s lack of interest? Remember Sears, Montgomery Wards, Kmart, Payless Cashway, Builders Square, Service Merchandise and the list goes on. This boom market won’t last forever. Nothing grows to the sky. My customers have always been my primary focus. If you doubt me, ask them.
The staff is always friendly, professional and courteous! I'll shop local when I can and they almost always have what I need. "Big box stores" can't compete with their outstanding customer service. Go see Leroy if you need a key made or you're looking for a 500 watt halogen bulb for your portable shop lights. If Rowlett's doesn't have it then they will special order it for you as long as they can locate one nation wide.
