I purchased all new kitchen appliances from Daniel and had it delivered and installed by a great crew. Went back 6 month later purchased washer and dryer had excellent customer service again. Few month later we had some issue with our dryer and they had the problem fixed no question asked. I like to support locally owed and operated business and they have done another amazing job.
Daniel the sales person was great, very knowledgeable. I bought ref, stove and dishwasher from him. The buying experience was great. The delivery on the other hand was quite disappointing. I opened my front door, greeted the delivery man “hello”. he just said “oh you want these inside?” I said yes please. He said “The ref isn’t gonna go.” I was stunned, I said “ok?”. Keep in mind we spent $2,200-something with the additional delivery charge. I understand we didn’t pay for installation but come on, so they are just gonna leave it on the front porch?! He brought in the stove and dishwasher, had me sign the delivery slip. And said “thank you, have a great day.” It was just a “dry experience.” I expected to be ecstatic about buying my dream kitchen appliances. And now I have to find a Dollie to drag my beautiful stainless steel French door refrigerator into my house. My husband wasn’t home just my mother in law and I. I called my husband and he was upset, I asked him to not even bother calling Sears, cause I didn’t want that man to come back. I wish my experience went different. Sorry Sears, I will not come back.
The store is quiet but the employees are amazing! I just moved into a home with my significant other and we needed a washer/dryer set that helped reduce the amount of water being used, we went ahead and decided to also look at a nice fridge. We weren’t let down when we were assisted and had all of our questions answered without hesitation! Tanya helped us with more than we expected! We will be recommending all of our friends/family to this store!!
My husband and I recently purchased two refrigerators and an upright washer and dryer from our Sears Hometown Store. We received stellar service and we plan on doing business with them whenever the need arises!! Bryan and his team are amazing!! I highly recommend you shop them first!! Thank you all for taking care of us and for such great service!! We always shop local first!!!
Starting about 3 months ago, our old appliances started to fail and was in need of repair. First it was our refrigerator.. It would cost too much to repair, so we decided to purchase another one.. Daniel helped us find the model we were looking for and arranged to have it delivered.. The one we purchased was not the one delivered, Not the stores fault, but the manufacturer.. We contacted Daniel and he made it right by helping us get another one.. one we wanted.. The deliver guys that brought it to our older home had a chore getting it in but did so .. the were very courteous and was very conscious about not doing any damage. Then our stove went out and again we went to Sears in Cleburne because of the way we were treated with the fridge. Again, very courteous and helpful sales folks and the delivery guys, who were some of the same with the fridge came … and again very nice and attentive to what they were doing.. And of course last week the washer went out and it too was going to be expensive to repair so we replaced the washer and dryer.. Again went to Sears in Cleburne and purchased them.. Compared prices to other stores and we got a very good deal. The same delivery guys again came, and again were very friendly. We are almost on a first name basis with the guys now.. All in all … a great store for appliances.. great prices and great delivery and set up people..
Great customer service! The salesman Daniel was very knowledgeable. In helping me finding the perfect washer and dryer for my family. Will definitely shop Sears hometown Cleburne for my appliance needs! Thanks again.
Went into the Sears Hometown Store in Cleburne. My sales associate was Daniel. He was extremely personable and very knowledgeable about the product and answered all of my questions. I picked out the dishwasher that I wanted. The store installed it for me. The installers were very courteous and did a very neat job.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the cleburne location. They were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect appliances within my price range. Will defiantly be making all future appliance purchases with them.
Employees are so very helpful and welcoming. I've always liked Sears, I won't buy appliances elsewhere, they have quality products and services, their riding mowers and tools are pretty great too!!
Friendly folks but can’t help you! I was needing a refrigerator before Christmas. Stopped in the store December 19th. Plenty of time right? I was also looking to purchase a microwave. So I was planning on spending a significant amount of cash. Couldn’t sell me a fridge and be delivered before December 28th! I asked well what about floor display? I take it right now! No can’t sell that! Anyway went to Best Buy and got one delivered December 22nd. No problem! Doesn’t stop there! I stop in to get a drier vent! I bought them here in the past. Don’t carry them! They sell the driers but not the vents. I want waste my time again!
