Went here with my niece today and we were looking at the jewelry and when my niece took off her own ring to try on another she dropped her ring, after that we were followed around the store by an older woman and every time we passed jewelry someone was looking through all the jewelry and it was done by at least 3 different people. We asked why we were being followed and another woman who worked there told us “sorry you feel that way” when it was without a doubt we were being followed. Ended up leaving without purchasing anything cause my niece was really upset. The store is a mess as well.
They carry a few really good make- up lines, they have a decent selection of men's and kids clothes, but I wish they had a better variety of women's clothing and would start carrying robes, nightgowns and under garments...they carry these items for everyone except women. They also have some good sales regularly and do carry gift items as well.
This is a clean and friendly place but the selection is lacking. I came for shoes and the selection was very little. However i was able to find a good pair for a great price. Will continue to use them but won't be surprised to find that they lack what I am looking for.
My fav dept store. Sloghtly more expensive than Target or JC Penny, but no where near as expensive as Macy's. Clearence deals and great coupons regularly. Stackable coupons with a store credit card. I love it!
Its ok but the employee is rude and impolite and doesn't dress nice whatsoever. Definitely not going back. I've been going there for years but ill not be going back neither will my family and friends.
I just visited the make up counter and there was not a make up my color! No one greeted me but did speak to a man that was wasting time while his wife was shopping! It is sad when you have money to spend and no one at this location wants your money.
Very helpful staff. They tried very hard to help me find what I wanted, even suggesting other stores to check out. Top notch service.
Nice to have somewhere to go with better clothes. Always has great deals and never much of a wait to check out.
Like the addition of Realtree items. Wish they had a better selection of men's dress shirts. Good place for casual wear
