A lot of good bargains and good brands. They've added a lot of household items! However, challenging to find my size and favorite colors in racks of clothes crammed too close together. Hard to not compare to how nice the store once was.
Since Stage has taken over I've been very disappointed in several ways. During my last few visits I've found the store front filthy, with trash and debrie all over the sidewalk and employees outside taking smoke breaks. It's as if the store manager never comes in the front door. I've also found them to be very short staffed with never enough people to help or even to unlock dressing rooms when needed. Our local store is also very hot, especially in the dressing rooms. I actually had to leave the store without making the purchases I needed. I suspect these issues stem from the management's attempt to save a few dollars? In reality.I feel they are losing business. The sales and coupons are good but the prices seem to have doubled so I'm actually paying about the same price unless my choice happens to be a YES! Item or end in .98, in which case Im forced to pay top dollar. These are usually the better quality items.
This place can't ever stay clean and zoned enough to shop easily. The customer space is limited because there's freight out all the time. There's a few good sales associates that are nice and make the time spent there worth your while.
Stopped by here today to Christmas Shop. Stage has some really good sales. The buy one get two free. This was in Junior and some Misses section. Check out their website for these great sales.
They are having a big sale before changing their name. The signs say 40% off, but no chart like they used to have showing what you will be charged. I didn't want to pull out my phone to use the calculator. Guess I won't be shopping there anymore.
Not good. I had $10 birthday coupon. I think I was there 45 min or so and I left with my $10. Henderson is the worst store, always messy. Supposedly they are remodeling/rearranging, but the shoe Dept is always a mess.
Not much to this department store. The three ladies I meet the evening I was in the store, where very helpful and friendly. However I wasn't impressed with the store over all. I wouldn't patronize any Stage again. Old fashioned and outdated department store feel.
The manager Joni I think her name was went to another employee and started bad mouthing my children for no good reason I tried to bring it to her attention if there was a problem then she could come to me or my wife and say something but she argued saying that I was not professional and did not have a professional appearance I wish that something could be done about this and the store would be fine.. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said that she was the supervisor so I hope someone can fix this rude woman working at this store
One thing for sure, the manager doesn't manage. This store looks like a hurricane made its way in. Maybe the employees brought their kids to work and had a free-for-all. Regardless, it's pitiful. And extremely unfriendly. Nasty nasty
