My Family and I were passing thru Berkeley Springs looking for a good burger place and a local referred this mom and pop full service gas station and restaurant on the side fantastic burgers fresh and packed that morning! Def. 5 star totally worth the wait the nostalgia of the place brings the town alive !! Betty Lou's ole' Garage Cafe !! Huge shoutout to the staff there the cooks the mechanics and the cashier's. Not too many places still pump your gas for you. So if you like that kind of service, Roy’s is the place to go. They recently upgraded their pumps too.

They have great tobacco and cigarette prices, there food is always really good at a great price. Their selection through the store is really good. They have really wonderful staff that always make you feel right at home, and great gas prices

The problem with my vehicle was far worse after they did the job and after I allowed them to repair the damage they caused they still did not repair it and now I will have to take it to the dealership to get the work done on the damages they created. I have been a long time customer for over 30 years but I won't give them a third chance to touch my car again.

I'm grateful to Kenny for rescuing us in the pouring rain and hail on a cold Sunday afternoon when I had a flat tire. He was professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Decent location for a pit stop. Separate men's and women's, single, restrooms. Clean. Has a small cafe attached for food and hot drinks. Gas pumps are full service.
