I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day.  NO FLOWERS.  Tried to call the shop and the phone land line has been "temporarily disconnected".  Tried to call the 1-800 number and it appears to be a bogus phone number.  I paid through PayPal and have opened a dispute.  Does anyone know if this business is still in operation???

Horrible service. I ordered flowers. 10 days later they still haven't arrived despite my card being charged same day I ordered them.  Phone number doesn't work. I tried web site and my computer won't open it b/c it's labeled "insecure" potentially malicious site" Since I'm out $60 to this company and there's two different location addresses one on Melrose, one on Santa Monica I'm not clear what steps I'll take next to get my money back.

While in Taiwan I  ordered flowers for my wife's birthday at 3:30 in the morning and they were delivered that afternoon.  Great service, easy online ordering, and the flowers look even better than the picture.  You guys rock!!!

Between my own error and FTD'S, a delivery wasn't going to make it in time for a show, so I called Royal at the last minute, and they were able to get it to the venue in time for her show... these guys saved me and hooked me up! Very reliable.

I ordered flowers on line and they failed to make the delivery. I can see from other comments this is not the first time.  Neither did I get a call that they could not deliver them.  I am not happy!
