Do NOT buy furniture from this company. They told me they would deliver our furniture between 4p-6p so I scheduled my day appropriately. At 9am, I received a call wanting to know where I was that they were there to deliver. I explained I worked 45 minutes away and they would need to return after 4pm as they had originally scheduled me for. They send their bookkeeper and a helper out to deliver it at 4pm.warped the recliner frame. I called to schedule repair s and when they came to repair, they said it would need to be replaced instead. That was in April 2022. It is now November of 2022 and the replacement piece still hasn’t arrived , when I get someone on the phone, I’m told I’ll get a call back but I never do. But let me tell you, they’re happy to call to ask why I’ve not paid my bill then threaten me with lawsuits when I tell them I’m not paying another penny until my furniture is correct. They told me I could bring it down there and swap it for a different couch but between taking my wife back and forth for her cancer treatments and working 60+ hours a week to pay for those treatments, that’s not an option.

Be very careful. That will make the promise but not follow thru. Don’t let them leave damage furniture with the promise the will swap it out. Won’t return calls. And I talked to Kenny store manager They take your money quick but that it. They forget all about you when they get the money Last story I got was they would send someone out Florida to fix. Ha ha. Never heard from anyone

I walked this entire store front to back and side to side and it’s very large. No one greeted me. Sales people watching their phone. I even made a comment at the front desks where two ladies were sitting. The only human interaction I had was with customer who asked if I came to buy him some furniture today. I found a couch I loved but left because no assistance on availably or price. Headed to other furniture stores.

My salesman was Jason and he was very friendly and awesome. The prices and quality of furniture were amazing. Jason worked with my budget and I got what I wanted for a comfortable monthly payment.

Do NOT buy from the Hoover, AL store. From the manager on down it’s completely unprofessional. I got the run around for furniture that my father bought from me. Canceled the sale. Will never shop with them again. Go to Ashley or somewhere else in the area.

Purchase a bedroom suite at 2700 dollars . Too many issues to list and 1 being it has tags that say cancer causing material. Called back that same day to return it and royal say they have a no return policy Then said they would take it back if I pay a 600 dollar restocking fee and they keep the 179 shipping costs.So they want me to give them 800 dollars and the furniture to take it back. So be aware of this place and they tell you none of this up front. And the manager and their customer service rude as hell I guess they're desperate for business. Cheap furniture trying to post pictures where the slats were on backwards cancer causing dust all over

10/10 do not recommend this business. I have been waiting on furniture for 7 months now. I was told some things were on back order and wouldn’t arrive until February, then after calling several times had a delivery made in May which was suppose to have my remaining items when they arrived one item was still on back order and they didn’t tell us until they were at my house. There has been zero communication and I have called several times my last delivery wasn’t even scheduled by me they just called to confirm and luckily I could have someone at my house. I have tried several times to be in touch with the woman that sold it to me and can’t get a call back from her. I have had to call every time and have been told I would have a call returned back which hasn’t happened. All of my items were received with cracks or scratches on them which I have not called about because I’m sure it would take another year to receive word back. I have been patient and kind throughout the whole process because I understand things happen but investing $3000 into a product when I still haven’t received the whole set is ridiculous. I never leave google reviews but if you want someone professional that cares more and isn’t just about a sale and then screws you over I wouldn’t go to this place.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. The supervisor Kenny is so disrespectful and rude, I listened to him gaslight a customer over the phone asking her did she break something that they had given her. No remorse or help just rude on top of the problems we had with our order. Will never order from this place again, rude staff, rude supervisor, and unresponsive corporate office.

Great prices for nice quality furnishings, excellent service Julie was awesome!, quick delivery and set up! I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and furniture!

I don’t usually like to go to furniture stores because they are so overpriced. Not Royal Furniture. They have a terrific selection of reasonably priced furniture. Staff was VERY helpful especially Julie! Thanks to Julie who went the extra mile and found this piece for me to set my 65 inch tv on. I went to 6 different thrift/antique/discount stores and was leery about going to a “regular” furniture store. The prices very affordable. And I was able to take this particular piece with me that day. Everyone there was extremely helpful even the gentleman who loaded it. Thanks again Julie and staff - I’ll be back!
