Owner is attentive and accommodating. It was mentioned that booking directly with the hotel can save a little money. There is a $50 deposit that is due to damages guests have done. I had no problem getting my deposit returned at the end of my stay. great little place, for a great price. Will stay again.Rooms: 5/5
Great location. Lots of restaurants and stores around it. Great price needed to stop for the night. Manager was very nice and friendly. Rooms newly renovated. Bed was great! A/C worked great. Two words for you, cockroaches and bedbugs. Refused to give a refund and had to find elsewhere to stay. Absolutely disgusting hotel, do not stay here. Edit; after reading manager replies to disatisfied customers they're probably going to say my review is -fake-, seriously? Who would take the time write a fake review. Don't believe lieing hotel establishments guys. Safety: Not the most safe area to stay.
Great location,close to a little bit of everything! Prices are best around especially since they have been remodeled and still upgrading the property, management is very easy to get along with and really understanding. Rooms are really clean no BUGS! THATS A MAJOR PLUS FOR ME! AND NOT JUST BASIC CABLE U ACTUALLY HAVE MOVIE CHANNELS TO WATCH!! AND SUPPER FAST INTERNET!! WILL DEFINITELY TELL FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABOUT THE ROYAL INN!! Rooms: Super clean and updated and no BUGS!! Nearby activities: Bradley Mall, target, alot of restaurants to chose from. Walmart is really close also! Safety: I definitely feel safe!
Very clean room. Have to call a motel home for right now and I choose Royal Inn over all the other hotels/motels in Cleveland. They have the most reasonable weekly rate and they are clean and BUG FREE and that’s super important. The owners wife if super sweet as well as the housekeeperRooms: 5/5

I had a great stay here for a week it was super quiet at night and that help me for good sleep. Rooms are neat and clean their mattress are really good with new furniture. they do offer weekly rates. Rooms: Rooms are having new furniture. Food & drinks: Few of the restaurants are in walking distance like Waffle House, Wendys, Chick Fil A, Burger King, Taco bell, Hardee's, 1000 degree Pizza
This Hotel was under new mgmt. Reasonable price. Clean rooms and newly remodeled. Excellent Service! Rooms: Rooms were clean and nice. Bed is comfortable Safety: Very safe. Didn’t have to worry Walkability: Shopping area and restaurants Food & drinks: There are many restaurants nearby
Location was great ...service was horrible..... over charged us for a smoking room ... the room one of the blankets had burn holes .... they we didn't create and was charged for .... all we did was sleep... rude front desk not professional at all ... just keep your money and sleep in your car because not worth it at all horrible horrible horrible............ Reply: I would of been happy to tell management that same day although it was after midnight when we arrived ... management was in bed.... also no we did not make any burn marks ... I made that very clear ... very rude unprofessional... wasn't our our fault and we shouldn't have been charged.... I honestly wouldn't mind paying for something I did ... the fact is we didn't and should of been treated with respect which we wasn't... so no horrible service
I always have excellent service. Pricing is good. The rooms are clean and the front desk clerk always help. Definitely A place you want to stay if you are visiting or a local. It is a good location near food and shopping as well.Rooms: 5/5
