Royal Palm Beach Library

I love walking into a library not really knowing what kind of books I will check out! Love the selcetion of books and I love the sitting area and computer area as well. I would say why I gav le only four stars but that's neither here nor there. Bottom line, I love books!

Can't compare to Hagen Ranch, but better than Green acres.

Since the Wellington location is closed for renovation, I started going to Royal Palm Beach to pick up holds. I will probably continue to do so since it seems to fit better in my commuting routine. I will say that this location lacks study space. When I walk around the tables are usually filled up and unlike what was at Wellington they seem to be in one space rather than throughout the building offering my privacy. While I have not experienced it being loud myself, I can understand why other reviews mentioned it being loud because the setup is poor for studying or simple respite at the library.

Not huge but most features needed

The smell of urine every time I go there to study is very disturbing to me. I know it’s a public library but man.

I enjoy going there,staff is excellent. What I don't like. This goes for all libraries. People eating, talking on cell phones, talking loud, drinking coffee or sodas etc. Why is this allowed? Libraries used to be quiet and because of this you can study, read, do homework and really focus without distractions
