If I was able to put no stars I would! The owner is ridiculous! I went to go buy a cake for my sister in laws mom birthday party and when we the cut the cake for our guests it was OLD. Our guest has to throw away the cake. We took half of the cake to the bakery because the other half we had given it to our guest and they through it away. The owner of this bakery refused to give us our money back or another small cake because we didn’t have the whole cake. How would we know that the cake was going to be bad? How would I have the whole cake if I was giving it out to our guests??? Makes no sense to me. I use to be a regular at this bakery, the owner handled the situation so poorly. The birthday was ruined. The owner couldn’t care about making his customer happy. I am sadden for the situation and how the owner handled it. This place is disgusting. The small cake was $22.50.

lousy place the cakes look like rubber when the cones and various inside such as empanadas uba meat pizza or guava the rest 90 percent is fried and with more fat not to mention the tortilla it seems that it has been made for three days it is the worst place to stop and eat
I could have sworn I wrote a review on the audacity of this place. An order was placed for pastelitos and cake that feed 75 people per their flyer and they made a cake the size for 15 people. And the worst part? Bocadito with barely any bocadito paste. There are plenty of better bakeries especially in Hialeah. Don't waste your time here.
Crazy prices, really bad quality and service
The worst bakery in Hialeah, I had been going to that Bakey for more than 20 years the quality has been falling while the prices have increase, if you express your opinion out loud in this store few young unknown waitress even when you are not talking to them will attack you for expressing your opinion and call you names appearances are deceiving.
Good spot for morning pasteies, cuban coffee and sandwiches. My only gripe is that some of the pastries have little to no filling like cheese or meats when they are meant to have these filling. But I guess like I said its a good spot. 7 out of 10
They used to be so good but now after spending $50 most of the cakes, cupcakes, pastries were dry and natural filling had a different taste The chocolate eclairs were way thicker than before so they tasted dry and the filling was almost like a paste. Must've gotten a new cook or pastry chef.
