Besides our Taos and Santa Fe shops, you can find our organic sourdough bread in 23 locations throughout New Mexico. In the summer, you can meet us at Taos Farmers Market on Saturday mornings. Our unique long fermentation process comes with numerous benefits including delicious full sourdough flavors, lower glycemic index numbers, breakdown of anti-nutrients in grains like phytic acid, breakdown of gluten and carbohydrates by microorganisms, longer shelf life, and easier digestion.
