Laziest people ever! Ordered something while I was at work and after u got out thought I don’t I don’t want to go in 30 mins before close. So I waited till the next day. Get an email at about 3 saying it was cancelled because they were out of stock. Go in the store 2 days later and there they are. The last 2 like they said online. Why have online order to be before if no one is going to  want to do it

Update: absolutely ridiculous. Fitting rooms are closed so I bought a dress for $26.99. I got it in medium. I try it on at home and the top was way too loose. There is no way that is a medium. I return it the NEXT DAY, and the return price was $20. WHAT THE HELL. So fitting rooms closed, sizing isn't even accurate, and return price is $7 lower? Not coming back here again!!!  Have been going here since I could drive myself. They used to have the best deals! The clothes aren't great quality, but I think it's fun to buy a lot of different, inexpensive outfits to have variety---especially while we are young and our styles are changing every week.  I actually shopped once stores opened up again. I still purchased quite a few things for a good price. I'm a loyal customer and usually leave with several of the big bags.  However, since May, I noticed that not only are there few things I now like, but everything is also overpriced. I bought a few things a few dresses, a bag for my friend's birthday, some undies, and all that came out to $165. Come on. Seriously? It wasn't even a full bag. I ended up returning some of the things because they did not fit well no fitting room at the time, but the overall bill remained large.  I hope they go back to how they used to be.

Shop here often. But came here on a Friday at 11am which is the time they are listed as open. Waited until a little after noon and they still hadn't opened. Looked like no one was even there. Inconsistent hours?

Favorite well priced and always   can catch a sale

Worst place to shop I didn’t knew they make fun of customers when they look around I will never come back here a girl with the blonde hair and other black hair made fun of their customers is really disgusting I wanted to buy something but now forget it I’m never coming back to this disgusting place with those people

Good place to shop. nice prices for some of the clothes there. good clearance sales but customer service needs a little work and the discounts need to be a little lower. Discounts are literally like $5 to maybe $10 off the original price. Also it's the clothing is more 2018 to 2016 not really anything for the Retro hearted. Overall besides those minor setback still a good store to shop at.

Was shopping at the mall with my sister. I had 2 shirts to try on. One of the workers asked to take my bags to the register which i voluntarily gave her. She then told me i would have to check in my purse.. MY PURSE? My longchamp 150$ purse? Why? Then she stated that because it was a bag i had to check it at the register.. Completely lost all taste in the store. Will never return! I never had this problem before. If you ask me its racial profiling. Educate your employees!!

I absolutely love this store!! Was in last Saturday  and had the easiest time shopping. The staff was great and I have to absolutely thank Reshonda! Hands down she was amazing! This store was very clean and organized! Made shopping pleasant for me. Thank you. I will be returning that’s for sure

I was looking for plus sized clothes but sadly I found out they don't carry those at this branch.  Seems like they had very few demand for them.  I also had an issue with a romper I bought from the Mall of America store - the security tag was not removed and I noticed it the day I was leaving MN while packing.  At first, the store rep was tryna treat me weirdly like some criminal. But after talking with a supervisor or some other store rep she decided to help out. I was a little pissed because that romper was $18 and I wasn't going to let that go.

I always like to shop at Aldi. They always have great prices on things that I like to buy. Their stores are easy to get around. And so they're convenient and I don't have to ask for help finding anything in the store because I've pretty much memorized where a lot of things are.
