Our room was dirty— shower had hair on the wall and bottom of tub, hair on bathroom floor, hole in ottoman and the chair just had a bad odor, stain on curtains, hair in bed, the walls were dirty, and the ac wasn’t that cool. I would never stay there again. It was not well kept by any means. I will say the location was convenient to everything but definitely not worth it.

The furniture in the room was so soiled and even the leather chair had fresh stains and crumbs on the seat. The cleaning other than that was ok I can not recommend this place, I ended up still paying but left that eveningRooms: 1/5
June 28,2022. We very much enjoyed our stay. Room was large and very clean, as was the bathroom. Entire place well maintained. It was not dated. Furniture in very good condition. Some other posts said they thought it needed updating... We didn't find it needing to updated. Decor was rich earth tones rather than whites and grey's.... Staff was very nice. When we checked in I had a very specific local tourist item I wanted to purchase. The clerk told us 3 places and directions how to find them! We found what I was looking for at the first place. He also gave us a spot on recommendation for K-Bob's restaurant. Large continental breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.
People are nice. Room was very clean. Rest room clean. The pressure of shower was okay could’ve been stronger though. Walls are thin could hear people and staff walking through. Got the two queen beds. The beds were not comfortable at all. They dipped so bad. Even sleeping with my baby was super uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that we checked out early and just went home. Breakfast was decent, they had scrambled eggs, waffles, and sausage. Cereal, oat meal, and bananas. Gravy but no biscuits. The juice machine didn’t taste good. It wasn’t that bad. The AC is great. If it wasn’t for the beds I would be back.

Had a great room and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and the waffles were very good. We'd definitely stay there again. The price was around 123.00 including taxes. For Ruidoso that's a bargain.
Rude staff, dirty rooms with a bad smell. The shower bars were rusted and looked gross. Stains on the carpet and the breakfast was gross other than the waffles which are only because they were not premade. To top it off there was a drunk girl outside our door who passed out after she decided to take her clothes off. Worst HOTEL I have ever stayed at plus it wasn't cheap in price. I highly do NOT recommend anyone stay here.
