Abdiel M. Ruiz is the President of Ruiz Financial Solutions, Ltd. Co., with over thirteen years of experience in the finance industry. He has managed the books for different companies including: not for profit organizations, residential/commercial property management, real estate brokerage firms, medical, accounting firms, trucking, and other small privately owned business. In 2008 after realizing that there was a real need for bookkeeping, financial consulting and tax preparation services for both; small business owners and individuals who want reliable, accurate, and timely financial records, while adhering to a high level of professionalism, personalized customer service, integrity and quality at prices they can afford. Mr. Ruiz began providing these services to individuals and small business through a company called ORG YOUR BOOKS for over five years. As the business continued to grow Mr. Ruiz felt the need to create Ruiz Financial Solutions, Ltd Co. to further continue to provide his services to a boarder group of individuals and/or small business owners. Mr. Ruiz is passionate about helping individuals and/or small business owners who have already established and/or have a desire to established a business and are well equipped to function in their area of expertise but don’t have the full understanding that running a business is more than just bringing in income. It is also essential to have the following: First, insuring systems are in place to manage the financial affairs of the business; thus proving tools to analyze cash flow to make sound financial decisions. Second, insuring the business manages the monthly, quarterly and annual paperwork required to be filed with different governmental agencies depending on the legal business structure that business may have.
