At Runner’s Corner, we not only hire runners to work at the store, but we make sure to hire really good people as well. We have had the opportunity to have some of the greatest people (and runners) in the world work for us over the years. Our belief is that runners are some of the best people in the world and we want our employees to be able to identify with the people they serve. I believe we have great employees, and although some of them are young, they love people and enjoy being around other runners. That’s what makes us different. Our employees are not taught to sell, but rather to consult and educate. We feel that making sure we are helping our customers improve their running is the best way to do things.
