Love this place! The style is chic and cool. They have such a great collection of clothing that anyone could find something they like. The prices are really great as well for the clothing you're getting. They have both men's and women's clothing and a variety of sizes. They also have a small collection of body jewelry. I highly recommend people check out Tiger Lily and see all the amazing clothes they have.
I like the different styles and inexpensive prices. There is a no return policy and any exchanges have to be unworn with tags still attached and you need the receipt. The guy's side has a lot of cool hip hop styles. The girl's side fits super small. I have to buy a large when I'm typically a small. Just make sure to try on your clothes and you'll be fine. It's a pretty good store.
I was not impressed. My friends were able to find a couple of clothes, but the customer service was terrible. We walked in with 35 minutes until closing and they shut off the music and turned off some of the lights. There was 2 ladies working and neither greeted us. One was even just sitting there watching videos on her phone the whole time. Then when it was time to check out one had gone outside and another was no where to be found.
The refund policy should be changed. If you haven't worn the clothing and the tags are still on them you should be able to get your money back for the item and not a credit like at other clothing stores. It just makes you feel pressured to hurry and get in and find something before I end up losing the credit slip. Other than that you have good clothing at decent prices.
I absolutely love this store. Great quality products and more than fair pricing! Also they do custom printing for t shirts I've got a few done here and they are always on point I have been shopping here since they opened.
At first, my sister & I loved this store. We're originally from Los Angeles, CA and this store reminded us of the LA swapmeets. But then one day, the front desk lady kept looking at my sister and kept following us. My sister was carrying around makeup that she was planning on buying. The front desk lady asked if she was going to buy it. My sister said yes. The lady then said something like, "Okay. Well hand it over and I'll keep it with me by the register until you are ready to buy." She thought we were going to steal the makeup. We just left after that. I'm never coming here again and definitely not going to recommend this place to any of my friends.
If I could give it one star I would, they have upped the price of their already terrible quality clothes and the last 2 times I've been in there, there was no one to help me check out for at least 10 mins. I had to go find someone and ask them to come over. Then they tell me I have to spend $10 or more or I cant use my credit card btw there is no sign posted that says this so I waited 10 min just to be told that.
I went in, and bought one shirt, which the retail price was $40.00 and Tiger Lily marked it down to $12.00. I bought a pair of skinny jeans which were suppose to be $70.00 and Tiger Lily marked it down to $20. I also bought a jacket which retail was $80 and Tiger Lily sold the jacket for $21. I am so happy with my visit I can't wait to go back and buy more clothes. I never really enjoyed shopping for clothes until I went to Tiger Lily. The only real con I could think of when visiting the Orem location, is the dressing rooms only had a curtain. I'm not sure if this is the same for other locations, but there wasn't any lack of privacy it would have been nice if there was a door, for more security and peace of mind. The curtains were really the only bad thing I really can think of when I visited Tiger Lily. Though, I wish they also had an online store, but they don't so that is one minor incovinence. 5 stars for Tiger Lily in Orem Utah.
I have been there 4 times, and each time the customer service was worse. I won't be going back. The last time I was there the manager, or whatever she is, made disparaging remarks about Mexicans to the customer in front of me while I waited to check out. Today they were busy; there were 5 customers besides myself waiting for help. The younger gal behind the counter was helping 2 people design prints for their shirts and I realize this takes time. But she did not acknowledge that I was standing there. A quick "I'll be with you in a minute" would have gone a long way. The last straw was when the manager walked past me 3 times, ignoring me completely because, apparently, unpacking merchandise is more important than customers. I went to Old Navy for the tee shirt I needed and I won't be back.
I tried returning a pair of boots that had cosmetic issues I noticed as soon as I got them out of the box at home. She didn't accept the exchange because she said she wouldn't be able to sell it to someone else. I'll take my business somewhere else.
