My first time here. Weston was so nice and patient while I was deciding what I wanted and made great suggestions. I wish y’all had a bigger selection but it was good enough for my emergency stop. Don’t go to VIP or MidCity where they treat you like you’re an inconvenience, go here or the other place that starts with an S.
I have been a customer of Vapor Logic for 7 years, and every time I go I’m reminded why I have been so loyal. Josh is awesome, I went to HS with Weston and Kaden has become an awesome friend as well. I spent an hour in there today because I just had some different questions. My favorite thing about the crew at Vapor Logic is their patience, I am by no means a noob to vaping, but I still have questions about juices, tanks and just like getting recommendations. These guys are top notch. Did I mention they have a drive thru? All around great experience with the Vapor Logic crew, every time.
First time being here, a little off the beaten path, but it has an amazing selection of products and and carries one juice that not many places carry. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this establishment.
This company since they're opening in 2014 and I was one of their 1st probably 20 or 30 customers and I've been going to them ever since I can tell you that they don't just give the very best customer service they go beyond because they pay attention to pupil's lives They're compassionate they're aint a nonjudgmental which is a huge thing in Utah. I praise these 2 guys who started this and work there but it's off so hard I have such great admiration and respect for them everyone should quit where they're going go to vapor logic tell them Eric sent you And you will walk out of there with a smile from ear to ear I guarantee it.
First time trying this shop. Very helpful employees and everyone who interacted with me was incredibly friendly. A refreshingly pleasant group. Walked in after having a stressful day at work and walked out smiling. They helped me find several flavors to try, didn’t rush me nor did anyone seem irritated at my questions and indecisiveness.. they let me take my time. You’d be surprised at how many vape shops I’ve been to where they rush you out the door and are irritated at questions. This place was great though! Clean and organized. Everything displayed so you can see it. Nice variety of juices and mods. Will definitely be coming back! Thanks!
I really like this shop. Really helpful and friendly. They take their time to answer questions. I spend about $400 to $500 a month on about 8 to 10 100 ml bottles and 24 coils so their pricing is normal. I like their rewards program a lot. Careful with some of the 100 ml bottles of the PB&Jam Monsters. Its definitely a manufacturer thing but I’ve opened two bottles now and went to fill my tank up and vape juice literally dumped out of the bottle onto everything. Me, my clothes, my bedding. Almost two whole bottles wasted now in a month. So just be careful when you open the big bottles to check to make sure the top isn’t inside the cap. I let them know about this and even though it wasn’t something they could control, they still hooked me up with a bottle to replace the one that dumped out. The owner really takes care of his customers, more than any other shop I’ve been to, which includes shops in VA Beach and Las Vegas. The vibe is upbeat every time I go in there and I’m never rushed which is very important to me. It’s definitely my home shop now even though there’s another shop closer to my house.
These guys are always great. Personable and always take time to chat. I went in for their Black Friday deal and was totally happy with it! A blind grab bag of five 60 ml juices. It was a great variety of good stuff, not just garbage they didn't sell. Thanks Vapor Logic!
Great prices and products, customer service sucks. Every time I walk in, no one is around. I have to make a phone call for them to hear I’m in there. When they come to help they seem annoyed I Interrupted them from chillin in the back. So sad the owner has to Lose a loyal customer due to employees that are not friendly!!!
Great shop. Seemed very well stocked. Prices were a bit high, but not too bad. I wish they had delivery to the flying j down the street but the walk wasn't too bad.
Always very helpful and friendly. Staff is knowledgeable about a wide variety of products and helped me solve an issue I didn't even know I had after receiving bad advice from another shop. Definitely helped me get the most out of my mod. Great prices too on replacement coils, most places I've been charge extra for mesh but Vapor Logic doesn't charge an extra cent. Buy 9 get 1 free juice is awesome too!
