Rural Transit

Who ever was driving bus #25 almost hit me and others on the road. They were driving very fast, I don’t think anyone was on the bus that I could see.

Liz is absolutely wonderful!! Kind, caring. My brother has rode with rural transit for 25 years. Thank y'all for getting my brother to work safely!

The young man likes to drive with both hands on the left side of the steering wheel. A little scary

I’m not sure about the problems the other people are having..... my calls have been answered every time about 3 times and needed a call back for confirmationwhich I got 3 minutes later. I called to schedule a special pick-up. Jerry wasn’t sure if I’d given enough notice, but called the driver and then called me back to give me the go ahead. It was only 45 minutes so I would have understood if I needed to go to a regular stop. Driver was on time, fast, friendly. Bus pretty clean. And Jerry was nice as well. This was my first time ever using the service. My driver was Paul. Paul is cool.

Couldn't even get a hold of them to ask a question

I called and scheduled a ride to be picked up and dropped off in Bloomington, Indiana. I literally watched as both busses passes me by. I called the office about 10 or 11 times and was sent to voicemail each time. If I could rate this lower than one star I'd be happy.

I used this to get to school at Ivy tech from lake Monroe, never failed me. Great people.

They never answer the phone!!!!! Been calling for two weeks trying typo get my elder client a ride to doctor

Have been calling for a week for transportation to and from work for my husband. So far no call back.
