Excellent customer service! Autumn and Kevin were friendly, patient with my many questions... and professional! All of my questions were answered and my phone needs met. We are fortunate to have such a quality store in our area! I highly recommend them.
Kevin spent a lot of time getting our phones set up and we got a good deal on a new IPhone. Follow services have been dismal. One staff member refused to help me after I waited for 50 minutes. No exaggerating.
I came to this place about 4 months ago. Switch from straight talk. Have regrets about it ever since. Bill was supposed to be around $240 a month. I am paying double that for three phone and Service. I’ve had nothing but problems since the day I signed up. I have spoke with customer service through Verizon multiple times and have gotten nowhere on getting my bill fixed. I have wasted my time and went back to the store multiple times and keep getting reassured that my account is going to be fixed even told it was going to take 15 to 20 minutes to fill out a piece of paper to fix their mistake. Here we are almost 4 months later they still haven’t kept their word and haven’t fixed their mistake I’m still paying for that mistake. And because it’s a third-party company there’s not a whole lot Verizon can do. I have spoke with this reassuring manager at the store multiple times and he reassures me and gives me his word every time yet nothings changed. I don’t recommend anyone go here. Think I might get a lawyer and see about getting out of this contract that Kevin store manager had me sign. And maybe suing that store.
The sales rep opened a new line on my account without permission. I called the store to fix the issue and was told they were busy and that someone would call me later. They neglected to tell me I could call Verizon corporate and fix the issue. This is important because Verizon corporate told me that had I waited I would have been stuck with the new line and new, higher bill. Consequently, I created a formal complaint against Russell cellular with Verizon corporate. And further still, I made a formal complaint against Russell cellular with the FCC. Note: Prior to my complaint with the FCC, I tried contacting Russell cellular to talk about what happened. Their corporate office went straight to voicemail even though I called within business hours. So I called the store and was unable to speak with a management level employee. That's a total of 3 different phone calls to Russell cellular where I was unable to speak with an employee that had the appropriate authority to fix the problem they created.
Been in three times last two months the guy has no clue what he’s doing.
This issue has been taken care of thanks to the District manager and customer service when you can get to someone My fiance started service in September we had a phone for 3 days and returned it within the 14 day worry free the manager did not process the return correctly told to me by customer service I have been in contact with customer service and the manager and have also had stuff sent to the District manager and it still hasn't been taken care of. Customer service says it needs to be taken care of by the manager or district manager. I will leave this review up until this is resolved after Christmas I will be contacting Bbb and a lawyer since this phone was returned and resold by the store manager it has basically been stolen from us
Leaving this 1 star review till my situation gets handled. The manager Kevin sold my fiancé and I a couple phones in July, told us they were free phones, though I wouldn't see the promotion applied to my bill, until the third billing cycle. Today was the 6th billing cycle, and I'm still paying full price for both phones.... I've spent hours and hours trying to get resolved. Kevin has told me 3 times now, "got it handled, no worries." And that, "It should be fixed now, just pay the bill they requested this month in full, and you will get credited back on the account." I feel like I've been lied to, had falsified promise after promise,l given to me, with no fulfillment. I. Hoping my case is just an odd one, but I can't imagine supporting a business that lies to and hustles its customers.
My husband went in to get an updated phone. The manager Kevin was polite but was doing ten things at one time and did not show the proper attention to a customer. We left with our new phone and a new set of ear buds suggested by the manager. Only one of the ear buds works and the volume is very low compared to our AirPods which we were told weren’t worth the money. We left the old phone to be mailed in by the store. We received a call and text from Verizon that the phone had not been shipped to them. Our next bill we were charged for the old phone. We called and spoke to a woman at the Three Rivers store who didn’t take our name and said the phone was shipped and hung up. We got another alert from Verizon stating the phone was still not delivered. We called again and were told that Kevin would call us the next day. No phone call returned the next day. We called Verizon customer service and was told that the phone was delivered but a month late and we had to pay the very expensive bill for that month and would be credited back the month after. Needless to say they didn’t ship our phone in a timely manner and caused us to have our bill doubled. Very disappointed in the service and lack of communication.
Went in at 645 and all I wanted to do was add a watch to my account and as soon as I walked in the lady was like we close in 15 minutes n then when she was done with the current customers it was 10 til 7 n I told her I just wanted to add a watch n she said well that's a 15 minute process and we close in 10 min and couldn't stay open qn extra 5 minutes to help me out. Extremely rude lady. Will never go back to this store. I'll make the drive to portage. They are way nicer there. Extremely disappointed since I live in sturgis.
