Intermittent signal loss on their TV service several times a week ! Plus since Nov. 11, 2022 , The INSP channel has been off air , supposedly due to loss of signal from the satellite & today is Nov. 21 ! Called a couple of different times to the O'Neill office & the Lynch office ! So as of today , the channel has been off air a total of 10 days straight ! Seems all they give are excuses / lip service , as to when it will return & why the problem is to begin with ! Maybe need to hire more qualified technicians !
Too bad they are the only game in town if you want internet service. Paying for high speed internet and having several days each month without any internet connection. Call for support and have to leave a message as they only have business hours. Only available for service during business hours, when you are at your job. Looking for other options as I need service 24/7/365. Don't deserve the 1 star but had to rate in order to post.
Paying for up to 500mbps fiber and getting speeds as low as 14. Must be something in the fine print.
