I have been baking since I was old enough to hold a spoon and pat a mud pie. I still remember baking fine delectable’s in my green Easy Bake Oven. My love for baking has blessed me with 25+ years of professional cake decorating. Now with a dream come true I create my gourmet baked goods in my home based licensed commercial kitchen and have a storefront in downtown Bellaire.
I have practiced a wide variety of techniques, my forte’ is a traditional French Butter Crème Frosting method, but I am creatively versed in the fondant world as well. My intricately decorated sugar cookies which many call “edible art” will definitely bring a smile to anyone’s face. These Cookies can be customized to suit any occasion. Every morsel is created with passion and perfection, using nothing but the finest ingredients.
