I love working with Regina! She is unbelievable. She knows exactly what my body needs. My body was stronger in just a few sessions. She has the patience to help me through a few moves and tough when I was a bit "lazy". That is exactly what I needed from a trainer!! She is professional and knows her stuff! She is just GREAT!!!!

I took one- on- one classes with her; she was calm, reassuring and encouraging. The thing I appreciated was that she was constantly aware of my limitations bad back and tailored the exercises to suit me. I love the studio! Just the right size for my liking do not like big gym settings enough for 4 maximum. Machines were brand new and top of the line.
