OK, had to leave a review this time. This is the second time in a few months the Ryder shop in sparks saved my butt. Their a great group of guys and rebuilt my entire AC system in just a few hours. It's August and I was dreading another day without air conditioning. 100 + degree weather is not fun. 1/2 day without AC was enough for me. Thank you!!!

Took the rental truck in because trailer lights not working. After 3 hours told that we needed an electrical part that is on backorder. This is the part that is back ordered in the picture. It took the tech at Las Vegas 5 min to fix problem do not take you truck here if at all possible.

Was here about a month ago horrible customer service went in for a regen issue addressed another issue that my engine brake sounded like it was stuck on or a valve truck didn’t sound right but regen issue as well 3 weeks later after getting the run around on updates kept pushing repair out extra days shop manager was a joke only to find out they replaced a injected valve got truck back only 1 week back in shop in Romeoville Illinois come to find out had to get towed in to dealership for major issues that should of been fixed seems like Ryder only does bare minimum so now down for who knows how long in a horrible international with 500k miles horrible shocks all because this place dies bare minimum horrible customer service and horrible experience with them avoid this place lazy staff and rude

The person I was waiting for at his office was outside talking with his friend about persanal stuff while I was waiting in his office for about 15mins. I had to go outside twice and ask him if he was almost done i can't remember his name but there is only 3 offices is the one in the middle.

Terrible office. I don’t recommend anyone to take trucks here.

Very good and prompt service. Esteban took care of truck issues fairly quickly, despite how busy they were, and explained everything completely. Would definitely return for service at any other time!

go around this place the workers are very rude, I drove up to them to change the tire and they told me to wait about an hour, in the end I sat for 4 hours ..... in other places it will take a maximum of an hour and here it will take 5 hours ‍‍‍ You can see in photo workers sitting on the phone all the time and they don’t care who waiting

The folks there did a pretty good job on fixing the truck. It took them a little bit, but it wasn't an easy fix either. There driver waiting area is something that is not very good. Porta potty for a bathroom, that sucks.

you want to know the truth. I came to have the wheel on the drive axel repaired. The specialists told me. you need to change the wheels on the steering wheel. I gave the go-ahead. They put recap tires on the steering wheel. And the protector is like a trailer. I have video and photos. And everything is fine.

People there are friendly enough but the quality of the maintenance and repair work is poor. Problems don't stay repaired and sometimes don't get fixed. The parts room is poorly stocked. Our companies rental agreements call for substitute vehicles but those are almost never available. I can't envision a circumstance where I would willingly do business there.
