My rental semi was fixed instantly, however they could ask us to come the next day since the time was after 5pm. I have a commercial account with Ryder, I called 5 days in a row, left voice mail each time. No one answered the phone. No one called me back.

Came here to pickup/drop equipment I was in and out. Parking lot had enough room to maneuver.

My colleague and I recently had to move our gym to our new building in Buffalo, and a client referred me to the Ryder location on Walden Avenue in Cheektowaga. I was glad he did. From my initial telephone conversation with Ben to my interaction with the rental staff on-site to my after-hours return, I had zero issues. The truck was immaculate, and the staff took the time to demonstrate how to use the lift gate, and also photographed the truck for me before I left normally I have to do that myself. Finally, he recommended that I forgo filling up the truck given the short distance between our old location and our new one. Needless to say, if and when I need to rent a 16' truck again, Ryder on Walden will be my first call! Thank you once again for your time and help Ben!!

Buffalo Ryder is not any good as far as management. No customer service skills at all.
