Enterprise Truck Rental

It was a very good experience to rent from this location. Ivan took care of my rental. I actually went back and forth between two options I had, and he very patiently explained me about the rental and answered all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend this location for truck rentals!

Brian Keane is the assistant manager at this location and he went above and beyond to take care of us. After issues at 2 other Enterprise locations - Brian was the only one who took the time to find a solution that would work for us. He even stayed late to make sure everything was to our liking please don't make him do this though like we sadly did, he's too nice! Can't thank him enough. We will definitely be back to rent from this location again because of him!

I had a great experience with this rental. Renting a truck is always a little nerve-wracking when you don’t normally drive a huge truck PLUS moving your home by yourself , but Enterprise made it very easy. The staff was super friendly, the truck was clean and ran super well long distance, and the price ended up being less than I thought even with an unexpected plan to have to keep the truck a week longer than anticipated. It still is pricey, but better in the long run than hiring a moving company. I recommend getting to your pick up time early as it does take a while to sign the forms, learn about the truck, and get going. The truck itself is large and quite bumpy when on the roads, but still runs well. The inside was clean and spacious and had to bluetooth for our phones for music and to hear directions. Highly recommend!

I am not a frequent truck renter, but I rented a 16' truck from this Enterprise location for a round trip to Michigan to pick up some equipment. I was very pleased by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. I worked with three staff members one to request some information when I was planning, one to book the vehicle, and another to pick it up, and all three were extremely professional and knowledgeable about both the Enterprise process and the general logistics of truck rental and usage. The truck itself a modified Ford E450 was clean and in excellent condition, with a functioning and easy-to-use lift gate. The ride was comfortable and all typical features worked as expected. A skylight on the box made loading easy, and a door from the box to the cab enabled simple monitoring of the load during transit.

Casey did an amazing job helping me get into a truck for work. Even during this crazy pandemic she was kind and prompt and very understanding. If you have truck needs, she is the one to see!!! Thanks again.

I always use Enterprise, service, convenience, and hospitality has always been above and beyond. If you ever plan on moving Enterprise is the way to go. You can’t beat unlimited mileage. There was a gentleman who gave a bad review because he dropped the car off at a different location and was charged more. If he did his homework he would have seen they charge for dropping off at different locations and honestly you can’t blame Enterprise for that...if everyone did that they wouldn’t be in business. My main reason for this review was for a young lady named Casey who gave impeccable service at the Buffalo and Truck rental off of Walden Ave. Thank you!!!

My company literally spends hundreds of thousands of dollars a year with enterprise, we rent all over the country and this is by far the worst enterprise experience in 10 years. Ryan was on no way will or able to help with anything, constantly putting me on hold to ask a manager. I don’t know who the manager is but they are not customer service based at all. Do not, I repeat do not rent from this location they will try and screw your over every time, expecting you to maintain their vehicle, refusing to do their job and blaming you for damages.. stay away!!!

This is a fantastic truck rental company. The team is very accommodating and knowledgeable.I dealt with Casey and Marcellus, both of whom were personable- making every effort to make the rental of a large truck easy and less intimidating. I recommend them highly.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I drive a truck for work, so when it breaks down this is my go to for a replacement because they usually can accommodate me on short notice.

I work in movies so I rent a lot of trucks. These guys are a new find, the trucks are great and the service is top notch. A rare vendor these days where customer service is at a high level. I always have felt very taken care of.
