Easy nice people to deal with.

Just wanted to stop in and say we have been renting for years with them. From crystal to Michael and Jesse! They are all very helpful and easy to work with. We just recently started our own business. And they helped us set up or customer account. And every time we call we talk with Jesse or Michael, and they make sure we get a rental. That is customer service right there!!!!

I’d like to share the experiences I have with this Ryder branch in Northridge. Every time I call someone pick up the phone and is so nice and sets me up with a truck. They always make sure the trucks are clean and with low miles. Do not go anywhere else. If you need any heavy duty truck call here and they will help you. I been renting for Ryder for a whike and my experience is been good so far their trucks are clean ,new never broke down on me Their customer service is excellent Crystal and Ashley are very nice and always Willing to help me with any concerns I have. Definitely recommend this place.
