I have been going to Dr. Haselkorn for almost 20 years but she is the only reason. The staff has only become worse over the years. I tried to make an appointment and they told me my account is in collections. I had called and updated my address and insurance upon my last visit 2021. They said I haven’t been there since 2020 which is very concerning they don’t have a record of my last visit. But they do have my new address which I did not love at in 2020. I asked them to look at when I updated the address since it was clearly last year and they refused to pull my chart. Ellen, the biller, was so rude and unprofessional. Clearly doesn’t care about patients only money. I’m sad to say after all these years I have to find a new doctor, but I strongly advise against this practice. No doctor is worth how bad their staff is.

I mainly go to the GYN to get medication refills. On my very first semi annual visit I told Haselkorn I wasn't comfortable with certain parts of the exam and that my old doctor let me get sonograms as an alternative. Haselkorn was impatient and insisted she had to do it in order to justify prescribing me anything. It was painful and nearly traumatizing. I freaked out and obviously could not complete it. She blew up at me for "messing everything up". I eventually got the sono. That experience was horrible. I would not recommend this office or this doctor.

Dr Haselkorn was amazing and the staff was entertaining as hell! There was a cat fight in the office between employees which made the wait worthwhile and my dr was amazing. I love watching real life drama

I have never left a review in my life but the audacity of this office baffles me. I called the office to make sure they had my updated insurance information, as I work at a separate obgyn office and wanted to make sure they had everything they needed upon my arrival, my appointment was in 2 hours and when I called them they informed me the doctor was sick that day and wasn’t even coming in, but no one called me. When taking with the girl she then hung up on me, I called back to ask for the office manger who continued to cut me off while I was just trying to get one word out and when I asked her to stop cutting me off she told me I was the rude one and started listing her credentials to seem better than me. Dr. Haselkorn has always had terrible bedside manor so I was hoping to switch to Kagan until this happened, I will never again go here.

Literally the worst customer service ever! I am having some medical issues and decided to visit another doctor for a second opinion and requested a copy of my medical records to be faxed to the new doctor. The women on the phone told me there was a mandatory .75 cent charge per page to send the copies, the fee is required by law. I told her that is not indeed the case and that the law says that you CAN charge and if so NO MORE than .75 cents per page. Now, its not about the money but that basically you are holding my medical records hostage and prohibiting me from getting a second opinion without the full picture. I requested to speak with the office manager. After the office manager explained the same exact thing, I told her that it is not the law and of course they could choose to or not, to which she told me that she was "questioning my mental health status if I was getting upset over a measly $14" the total of what the pages of my health history would come out to. Now, it is none of her business how much money is in my bank account and if this is a financial hardship for me or not, neither is my mental health status. The bottom line is that the response is beyond unprofessional. After two years of dealing with a medical issue that caused me a lot of pain and the doctor at this office telling me it is being caused by something that actually had NOTHING to do with it, I will never go here again. They do not care about their patients and simply care about money.

I worked here for a small time of 4 months. Within those 4 months, I was called into 4-5 meetings of changing my schedule, most of them without my consent, because other employees were running the office. Also, waiting for my last check for a week now. Went in of Friday and was denied my check as the manager lied saying she needs a written letter of resignation before she could give me my check that was already almost a week and a half overdue. Very unprofessional, disorganized, rude place to work.

The most uncaring and rude front staff ive seen thus far. Annoyed when phone rings,annoyed when patient asks a question, annoyed when someone has a problem...puts calls on hold without without asking can u hold or just presses hold buttom.REALLY???? And u chose to work front desk? What a shame because the doctors r very good and very nice....wake up people in charge....

The absolute worst medical experience of my life. Avoid this place like the plague
