Thursday-Saturday 10am-4pm. History fascinates me! Local museums are priceless at sharing that history with generations to come. The Sacramento Valley Museum is history in itself and a priceless treasure!Visited onWeekdayWait time1 hr+Reservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
It was truly amazing! It was a karaoke night in hopes for the community to get out and congregate together, and try to get Life coming back to normality with no fear! For most important, for people to appreciate the history monuments as opposed to trying to tear them down, as the children these days have no clue what life was really like! We need to embrace all different cultures as opposed to hate crime and racism
Had a good time looking at all sorts of old history.
A hidden gem, there are so many artifacts in this original architected high school dating back to 1912. Each room is themed with different items and parts of history like a time capsule of the early 20th century NorCal. Best of all, the Saturday volunteer guide knew so many interesting facts about the history of the valley and creates an interactive and conversational experience. I highly recommend anyone driving near Williams or in Colusa county to visit.
A learning experience for the whole family! Very affordable and an excellent display of historical items that takes you back to what life was like for early settlers in the Sacramento Valley.
Wonderful exhibits, nicely arranged. Informative Docent
they have a lot of interesting local history. And for those of you out of the area, it's not too far off of the highway.
Nice local lady guided our tour. A High school becomes a museum with local history.
