Back in 2011 he helped my husband. He was very thorough and this led to many discoveries of what was wrong. I appreciated him very much.
Karen, a nurse at this office, was extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. I called as part of my job to help with a patient and I was hung up on abruptly. When I called back and mentioned that I was calling back because I was hung up on, she replied with "yeah, so? She refused to take down any patient information and didn't ask for my name or where I was calling from, just claimed she would "call me back when I go through my faxes" and hung up on me again. We didn't send a fax, this was something we needed to discus directly with her or the doctor. I was shocked as a professional at this behavior. I've never had a nurse treat me with such disrespect. Very sad.
Took care of my mom at Lakeview Hospital, and by "take care of" I mean was overdosing her on Haldol and waiting for her to die.
