I cannot say enough positive praise for Saf Keep Storage, compared to Any other strorage companys in the bay this is the best. Polite, helpful, actually takes storage safety and Covid safety seriously. They were helpful on the phone, in person and with follow up communication.

Staff is super helpful and goes the extra mile to make moving into and managing your unit a breeze. Their prices are reasonable, location is convenient, and operating hours are well suited to customers needs.

I needed an emergency storage unit for February 2022 for a short relocation. Elizabeth was an awesome individual that helped me get set up quickly, and I always felt that my supplies were always safe, dry, and secure in my storage unit. The unique door locks also gave peace of mind. Plus, if I ever had a question about the unit or billing or my lease, Elizabeth is always super helpful. I was able to get the unit that same day in less than an hour, and I had no idea how this process works at all. I would highly recommend working with Elizabeth for your short and long-term storage needs. The location is great, and it’s easily accessible. Whenever I need to access my unit, I will be sure to rent from the location again.

Seems nice, but they have some real issues.  I’ve been locked out of my storage multiple times, dragging out the move.  It’s been the worst storage experience I’ve had and I’ve rented at several of the big name facilities.  But why?  When I signed up I knew I would need storage for 3 months and 2 weeks.  They told me they would prorate my 2 weeks on move out, so I didn’t have to pay for a full month as they can’t do a refund. What they did not tell me is that I wouldn’t be able to access any of my things during those two weeks unless someone was in the office.  So after work I tried to get my items removed and was unable to access my things several times until the 3rd attempt I was informed that I hadn’t paid and would need to talk to the office.  Apparently only one lady in the office knew I had the prorate agreement and she never made a note on the account.  When I’ve talked with the other lady who works there she’s so rude and inconsiderate.  I would use other words to describe her but well, you can figure it out.  If they tell you they can prorate you, I wouldn’t believe them, rent from another storage.  There are many other better options near by.  The office staff is the biggest problem with this place.  What a relief to be done there.

The staff were available right away by phone, and very courteous and helpful in person. The facility is very clean and the rates competitive.

This is our 2nd time renting from SafKeep.  We always appreciate the ease of using the unit and great service.  We'll continue to recommend this storage option to our friends.

I have been a customer of this storage facility over 20 something years. I left and I returned back Elizabeth is one of the employees there that is extremely helpful knowledgeable and has always made sure my supplies and my personal belongings are always secure I have never had an issue as far as cleanliness there because that place is very clean she is also a very knowledgeable person that’s why I have been here for so long I love this facility I’m not planning on leaving to go someplace else and I could’ve bought a facility as long as I’ve been here but with the friendly staff members and Elizabeth I will be here for another 20 years .
