Had a great experience with Joyce Wilson today while getting a new storage for my moms Estate. She was very informative, nice and fast in getting everything done. I would recommend StoragePRO to anyone looking to store there belonging.

Best storage experience. My unit was safe and clean until I moved out March 4th, 2023. Joy and the assistant manager was a pleasure to work with. They provided the best customer service experience ever. I was running late and they stayed open so I could make my payments

I love StoragePro because of one reason…Joyce. She is the Manager in Oakland on San Leandro. I met her over six years ago when she was working at. Peralta. I can trust her and she knows her job inside out. I followed her to San Leandro St. because I know I will continue to receive excellent service and support. I will only open a storable account where Joyce works. Joyce is a gem for StoragePro.

Checking in at this location was quick and efficient!  We came in on a Monday morning and were met by two women who were professional and courteous. One woman showed us our unit while explaining the various entry/exit rules and policies in a professional manner as well as effectively answered all of our questions. The second woman on site processed the appropriate documents while ensuring that we were clear on all terms and conditions and answers additional questions. This property is very clean and we left with the impression that security is of utmost importance. Overall, we are grateful that we had a very pleasant experience with the two women we met this morning and we are confident that our belongings are in good hands. Big thank you to Joyce and her associate !

Joyce went above and beyond for me in all aspects. I have several storage units and it’s always a basic dry interaction, even when I missed a payment due to an issue with my CC, Joyce called me and gave me a reminder! Love the team here !

The price is so much more reasonable than any other storage company in the area. Clean facility, the staff are diligent. I was able to book my unit online and move in items same day. Once I didn’t need the unit anymore I make my move out request online. Their portal is easy to use. The neighborhood itself is sketchy. But StoragePro is secure and I felt like my stuff was safe.

We were pleasantly please with the service we received at this location, my father needed a unit. We were helped by the manager Joyce Wilson . She was helpful, pleasant and patient with my dad on deciding what size unit he wanted. She had us laughing and comfortable with the chose we made.The location was nice ,clean and welcoming.
