Dr. Stephens is nice but she's very old school for a children's doctor. Pharmacist has a nasty attitude and very lazy , told me they didn't have any of my kids prescriptions that she was gonna send it to another pharmacy but never did. This place needs to be looked at. I wouldn't trust it. Bathroom was filthy. The rooms were sticky and the floor was disgusting. Carpet in the lobby needs a deep clean has vomit and other unknown things on it. I wouldn't be surprised if we came out of there with COVID.
This unprofessional *** place!!! I wish I could give no stars! Want to schedule all these appts and have people waiting all day. Whoever answers the phone needs to be slapped to with her rude self.
Don't go here if you have children, they never pick up, they never have my kids medicine, do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They're completely unprofessional.
I have called twice, trying to get help with a lab print out or it mailed to me. I left my cell number twice requesting help to retrieve the lab results through a portal with Family Health Center, I get nothing. No returns calls and no assistance from the website directory.
I had a 930 am appointment arrived at 855 am it is now 1029 am and my name has yet to be called. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I am going to have to find myself a new medical home. Dr Gibson you get a thumbs down from me..
If I had to use words to describe every family health center location it would be unprofessional, disrespectful, unorganized, and most of all misrepresented! It’s time for everybody to be replaced and the “owners” or “corporation” to properly hold interviews for receptionists & better doctors. A receptionist does what exactly? Ok then so do your job so no one has to come do it tf for you
Hopefully someone at FHC will see this as I have not been able to reach anyone on the phone for weeks over a dentist appointment I made in December 2020 and was scheduled for February 2021 at the St Matthews location. After having to wait for two months to be seen, my appointment was canceled without a courtesy call. Today I tried to reschedule and was given an appointment for sometime in April. That person then transferred me to speak with someone that might help but of course they did not answer and I was not able to leave a voice mail.
The whole entire staff here is excellent and Mrs. H. Gibson is the and down too as well. I definitely highly recommend them too everyone. Thank you and God bless you all!!!

They keep rescheduling my son appointments back to back Dr Stevenson Is NEVER available and at this point I’m sick of her.
