Do not order anything through this store. I ordered my signature Bond 9 fragrance at this store on July 4 with the understanding it would be shipped to my home. Well, it's almost two weeks later and I haven't received my fragrance and my card had been debited. The Saks store reps acted unconcern and told me I would have to take the matter up with Fed Ex.
Kim King was at first a very helpful sales associate until she was NOT … I saw my regular sales associate Chris Brown and wanted to continue shopping with him. Kim was very vocal about the fact that Chris was not the one who initially helped me. And Kim did not hesitate to tell me to my face that I was unprofessional and that is not the way business is conducted at Saks as she stormed away. I did not imagine my experience at Saks to go this way. I am very disappointed at the associates you all choose to hire when they don’t complete a sale.. Perhaps Kim needs to go back to training and learn manners or how to handle such a loss.
Let me start off by saying I wasn't sure why I decided to go to Saks that day! I think it was because I was meeting a friend for happy hour and I needed to kill some time. It didn't take me long though, as I was basically in and out of this store in less than 20 mins. I walked through the whole store and I promise you only 1 1/2 person LOL asked me did I need some help. It was simply quite an erie experience. Most of the sales people were not even looking around. I thought they were the mannequins!I looked at them all as I made my way to the front door. They didn't move or blink an eye! I probably wouldn't have felt some kind of way, if I couldn't have afforded anythng in here! Needless to say, I will not be going back in there- periodt. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
I went into Saks and had a wonderful experience with Erica . She was very knowledgeable and helped me with all my needs . Including deciding on what pair of LV shoes I wanted .
This store does not open until 12pm and it closes at 6pm. I’m sitting in my car waiting for the store to open as I watch at least a dozen potential customers try to open locked doors. If a store as large as Saks is taking up precious real estate at one of Birmingham’s few shopping centers and doesn’t open for business for even a full day - then there is a problem.
Chris, in the shoe department, is an amazing sales rep. My sis & I was in for prom shopping for my nephew & we had a return along with a new purchase; he handled us with great professionalism.
Very nice products expensive but the atmosphere and people are remarkable.
This is truly the most bare bones Saks Fifth Avenue. I walked around and received absolutely no help. I’ll just order online.
I experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever seen today. For starters I wasn’t acknowledged for over 20 minutes of shopping in the dress section while being the only customer in the section. After finding four dresses I wished to try on I could find no one to start a dressing room for me. I saw a few staff standing just outside the section chatting instead of helping guest. I finally put the dresses down on the rack and decided to leave. I guess I wasn’t dressed nice enough or look wealthy enough to even be a priority for being helped. Very disappointing experience today and although I have enjoyed shopping here in the past I probably won’t be back to this location anytime soon.
The old lady with long gray hair in the bag department is the most incompetent woman we’ve ever encountered. You would think when somebody is spending 600 dollars on a handbag you would get the right information. Not only did the lady input the wrong email address and wrong phone number she also ordered the completely wrong bag for us and then refused to cancel or exchange it because she couldn’t locate our order BECAUSE SHE PUT IN THE WRONG INFORMATION. Now we have no receipt no confirmation and we’re out 600$. I’m in disbelief that this has even happened to us.
