Ross

Today was the first time I ever went to this Ross dress for less it was clean and organized and the employees were very friendly and helpful And they have all kinds of stuff not just clothes. They have toys for the kids and household items and shoes just so many things I will definitely be going back it was a great experience.

Been here here 3 times and only walked out empty handed once because I forgot my wallet at home. Decent selection of house hold stuff though the decor aisle was fairly barren. Cashiers have always been quick and courteous so no long line complaints. Just moved into a much bigger place and this Ross has been great for helping outfit the extra space. Definitely recommend this store. Plus with 5 Below and Walmart in the same shopping center its pretty much a one stop and get everything you need shopping center.

I was excited about my find, but the customer service is terrible. Kristin played on her phone even though she saw me in line. Then she just waved at me to come over. She continued to play on her phone while I stood and the register. When she completed the transaction she said nothing to me and was unpleasant in nature. I would recommend bettering your customer service.

Went to the store at 655 pm . Myself and 4 others told closed due to lack of staff. I went to a different store and when I returned . I watched the man open the door s for two customers. When I looked in I then later saw 2 staff at the register area. Two other customers,people leaving with Ross bags filled. The customers that came out stated they were inside for 20minutes. Then before I left watched a child run inside. Store posted hours is 9 for holiday. Location is 1616.

I found shoes that were on website I wanted but did not think I would see I was so pleased to get them at a very good price

I showed up right before the store closed, and, even though they must have been BEYOND ready to leave, the staff was still kind enough to give me a few extra minutes to finish up my speed-shopping. Thanks for the grace, ladies! And for not making me feel bad, or evil-eyeing me even once! Lol Much appreciated! It's the little things.

I just stopped by to find some clothes and shoes for work. I didn't find anything that I liked. I used to go in here alot but lately their selection hasn't been all that great.

I really like this franchise, BUT this location really needs to be kept cleaner than it's current standard.

Who doesn't love Ross? I always find great deals here & the employees are always so helpful.
