I try my best to only use a checkout where there is a cashier at this store because I've notice something bothersome since shopping at this location....I'm a military veteran...and a VERY honest customer....no reason to steal....but every time that I use the SELF checkout line, the for the most part, same older attendant makes sure to stop what she was doing to get in eye vision of what I'm doing. I didn't want to assume...plus it cannot be proven...but today, I tested what I was observing. There was no attendant at the regular "aided" checkout lane 1...so I bravely went to go checkout my items at SELF checkout. I spotted the self checkout lady working stock at a regular cash register. I also observed 2 white customers using the self checkout lane UNMONITORED while she stocked. I intentionally chose a lane that was in between the 2 white customers to see what would unfold. I kid you not, she RUSHED to her stand....almost ran over and stood at the stand, angled directly towards me. The same white people that was there while she was initially zoning the area was STILL there checking out. The only different variable was a person of color showing up. Once she witnessed me rung up all of my items, she walked away and started talking to someone. I don’t know if this event was intentional. Some folks are super blind to racial profiling....it's a normal event in their lives and if they are older...its a very high chance for this to happen. Who knows, maybe she thought that i would need help....or maybe she thought i was royalty and wanted to be near my presence. I will never know. But the pattern is noticeable. The store great overall. This part is just a little heavy to bear.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. TREAT ME LIKE IVE STOLEN SOMETHING FOR EVERY RETURN, EVEN ONES BOUGHT ONLINE WITH RECEIPTS. COULDN'T EVEN TAKE MY RETURN BC "THERE PRINTER IS BROKEN". RUDE AND JUST AWFUL EMPLOYEES! LITERALLY BEEN FOLLOWED AROUND STORE WHILE SHOPPING! PROFILING SUSPICIOUS A**HOLES! ILL DRIVE THE 7+ MILES TO PELHAM OR 280 BEFORE RETURNING THERE AND I LIVE 0.2 MILES FROM THE STORE. ID RATE THEM NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE!
I like this Walmart for a quick trip. They have good clearance items also if you look next to the produce as you go in. Then, the end caps near the pharmacy.
I’ve been here numerous times since moving to the area. The location is very convenient. Here’s the best part: customer service. I’ve been asked by a Walmart employee if I need assistance???! That’s right; it’s true! That did it for me. Great prices considering inflation. Great people that will actually carry on a conversation with you. Sure employees get busy, but when they stop what they are doing to help you….well that’s a rewarding experience.

I love this Walmart very clean well maintained great customer service experience with a cashier name San she is outstanding she is always willing to help and give a helping hand to find great products ,great prices this young lady is remarkable we could really use more like her and Miranda who also is outstanding I mean I tell ya I have came into this store on several occasions within this past month and seen how these ladies interact with customers and willing to help I love how they are team players just willing to stop and help I don’t know what that store manager or managers is doing but keep up the good work
This location is consistently awesome. I started doing grocery pickup in August 2020 during COVID. I only go to this location. Today, Ken loaded my groceries and was so kind and polite. I received a little gift bag of samples too. Excellent employees and management.
This may be the nicest WM I've been to! Clean, good produce, all of the shelves were stocked and the employees were helpful BEFORE I had to go find one! The only problem is that they don't carry any grain-free cat food brands. They should....the Supercenters do and more people are realizing the grain is what's been making their cats vomit so much! Nice store....i wish i lived near it, but was only visiting a friend.
