I started shopping at Sacks recently, and I am disappointed in their lack of service. They have very few employees, and they are focused on organizing the clothes, not on people. They don't make eye contact and turn their back on you, so I am afraid to ask questions. When I got the courage to ask Sacks employee’s answer with a few detached words. It isn't easy to find size 14 or L, as most items are petite or plus sizes. Friday, I found two dresses and a flannel shirt, so I was glad. The flannel shirt was too big, so I returned it the next day. The cashier told me that I was not allowed to take the price out and next time, she would not take the return without the tag attached it was on the shirt packet. So even though I appreciate the Sack's quality, I rate two stars for the poor service and lack of average women's sizes.
Store has nice clothing, is a bit expensive but if you look throughly you can find good deals
The store js definitely overwhelming. You can’t go there if you aren’t in the mood to shop and just want to casually browse hence the four stars. HOWEVER, the section is so primo. Like look! Brand new balenciaga! For over half off. You can find great deals if you search hard enough.
Super racist, not knowledgeable yet they insulted me of not understanding them! They said I can’t so return but when I called and asked they said it was perfectly fine to return. They clearly did not know the policy and still refused to check if it was refundable! Super entitled employees
I actually liked this store until I was harassed by an employee over a coat I asked to remove the security cord so I could try it on. I would mention her name but I will save it for my complaint to the corporate office. Overall the clothes, shoes, jewelry, etc are pricey but I think I’m the future I will stick to Bloomingdale’s which is right next door. They treat people of color with respect.
Off fifth has the best jewelry if looking for something special. Reginald in the jewelry department was so kind and helpful. With his patience he helped me pick the right gifts. Will definitely be back. Thanks again
This store has a great section. I can see a lot of different varieties of products including clothes, bags, makeup kits, belts, sandals, shoes, caps and many more. It was organized according to its products. I went to the mens section because I wanted to buy pants and a polo shirt. They gave a discount on some of their products. I can see that they gave a 70 percent discount on jackets. I went there and looked for a jacket that looked cool. But I can see any jacket that is my type. So I went to the pants section and started to buy. It's easy for me to purchase pants since I know my size. After that I went to the polo section and purchased a gray and baby blue polo. It looks good and fits me. Overall I had a great experience here and I bought what I needed.
Deprice is absolutely fantastic and helped me find the exact gown I needed!
Poorly designed check out line, in the center of store with cashiers both sides, no clear instruction—confusing which side and which customer next, plus computers malfunction… resulting line cuttings and customers arguing, on a weekday when store wasn’t even busy. Bunch of employees were hanging around, unhelpful and mostly unfriendly. While finding some cute stuff, overall had an unpleasant experience.
Yesterday I came to this outlet store. Since I was familiar with this store it’s easy for me to find and go to every section they have. I went to the women’s section and looks for some clothes to buy. At first I want to bought a dress but since it has no discount, I only bought a blouse and pants that have a discount of 30 percent. I also bought an eyeglass since it has a discount of 70 percent. Before I paid it to the counter, I went to perfume area. I like the smell of some perfume but when I look at it it was too pricey for me. So I didn’t buy perfume. I went to the counter and paid my purchased. It is put in a nice paper bag. I happy with my purchased but Ill be happier when I bought a perfume.
