Firts time went there, no wonder they closing. They don't have a lot of selections. I couldn't find anything , even in the kids section. This store is different from the other sacks I've been.
I stopped in to check things out during a recent visit to a nearby store. I found that they had a lot of clothes I would wear and I enjoyed looking around. However, I could not buy anything because I could not find anything. The entire place is completely unorganized. I can't spend my entire afternoon rummaging through countless racks to find the correct size. Because of this I left without buying anything. I really wanted to, there were several dress shirts I really liked.
Store is very neat and organized. Decent off pricing. Glad I can find Ivanka Trump line here and it is not hidden. Styles are trendy and there is something for everyone here.
Disheveled, poorly merchandised, no customer service. Went in right after they opened. Not acknowledged by any of the 3 associates I encountered. Store not recovered from previous business day. Just very messy. I don't want to have to rummage through unsized, messy racks. Particularly at the start of the business day, and at a "premium" retailer. Went to Nordstrom next door- greeted by every associate, bright, recovered, well-merchandised. What a difference. Saks needs to up their game because if not will continue to lose customers to their next door neighbor.
Large store with only general organization of goods! If you're looking for something specific and don't have much time I'd look elsewhere! If you have the time to go through every rack and isle you're likely to find something. As with most of these store types finding something specific will be hit or miss on any given day.
Love this store, I was so excited when it first opened and I frequent there often. The selection is always changing and although it is a little difficult to always find things it's very rewarding when you find the perfect piece to complete your outfit!
I can see why they are closing this store. Terrible selection of items. And by the way, 20% off is not a very good "going out of business sale"!!!!
I love the quality snd price of this place
Great clearance prices and a great selection for men and women. Not so much for children
They got some good prices but continual delay in attending to customers at their register. Only one register open with more than 25 people in the queue...
