I came in today Jan 1st 2023 to buy infant milk for my baby but one of the ladyshort and old one worked at the checkout section very UNPROFESTIONAL and very rude to customers. She touched my personal items and grabbed my stuff very un professional. Target should reconsider employees handle more professional to customers. I am not recommended to come there and shop there
Tried to do some Christmas shopping here today, but swear the temp in the store felt like 40 below. Grabbed 4 small things then had to leave, felt like I had frostbite on my hands. Way warmer outside in the cold rain.
This store is one big hot mess. The racks are a complete disorganized mess. Good luck finding anything. The display tables where clothes are supposed to be folded nice and neat are big giant piles of clothes. Clothes all over the floor. Shoes out of boxes and all over the place. Toys all over the place. Nothing is on a shelf with the price like it should be. I've made multiple trips to the store and it's always the same.
I wish that I could remember the names of all the wonderful employees that have helped me, either at check out, or when they bring groceries out for drive up. I’m consistently impressed by the level of service. The few times that things haven’t gone smoothly, they have gone above and beyond to make up for it. 90%+ of the time, the employees there brighten my day with their kindness and engagement. I really hope that Target takes care of and appreciates these people that work hard and take pride in their job, which I imagine can be thankless at times.
I do DoorDash and I was shopping for a customer I needed to go to target in Braintree. I received such amazing how I was able to complete my task quickly because of a friendly associate by the name of Jonel. He not only stop the task he was completing to help me he also did it was such a demeanor I will personally shop for my own needs at this target thank you guys for an amazing experience keep up the great work! By the way even the security guard grabbed my shopping cart for me when I left saving me valuable time because to me time is money. Again thank you target in Braintree you really help me out today!
Thia store hits all rhe pwrfwct spota: clean ,well stocked ,helpful kind staff, close to home, part of a bigger mall, attractive fresh food aisle and makeup body care area too
Great location in midst of top shelf clothing, appliance, jewelry stores and last but not least fine restaurants
Very ignorant to only have 1 register open to ring people out and forcing people to stand in line for 15 plus minutes to use self check out. All so your company doesn't have to staff your store. It's pathetic. I will not waste my time in this location. I'll go somewhere else and get my shopping done much faster.
Target itself is fine, but the Starbucks portion has the most disrespectful workers. In line, I witnessed one of the younger female employees with longer hair started scoffing and rolling her eyes at a disabled man trying to order a drink. She messed up his order and ignored his request to remake it. And she continued to add rude remarks and kept laughing to herself, presumably about the man. Luckily, I was able to be served by another staff member, as she stood there and watched me order. Not only this, but she continued to cause issues for the rest of the staff working. Please handle your disrespectful workers. Edit: I returned and her name is Cassandra. avoid her taking your order !
There’s not much issues with the items/services themselves but Target please add more security to this place and have someone watch those teenagers who always stroll around and randomly prank/attack other customers. My family and I have encountered multiple times where some kids throw stuff at us or into our cart and incessantly follow us around. We had to inform an employee once and she told the boys who were bothering us to leave but then of course they came back a few minutes later. Now we avoid shopping at this location and prepare to call the police if we encounter this situation again at this Target. Parents who leave and let their unmannered kids here, please - send them to after school program or something. They obviously need help.
