I ordered a black raffles dress friday night. Picked up the dress Saturday, yesterday,afternoon. I wash all the clothes before I wear them, the instructions on the dress said Machine wash which I did, after the first wash before me even wear the dress all the raffles were gone. The next day,today, I took it back to the store they refused to refund me because the tag was removed SHOULD HAVE I WASHED IT WITH THE TAG ON? The manager Marcus said he can put it back on the floor because someone could be allergic with the detergent I used. That means they selling defective merchandise on the floor. I have other clothes with raffles I wash them and nothing happened to them. This fabric or dress clearly was defective so I lost money, never shop at Saks fifth Avenue or off 5th. the insttr

Truly awful experience with this company. I purchased tree items online and was sent two. There were literally two items in the box and they called me a liar and told me that there are no issues on their end and they have sent me tree items. The manager on their side named “Cristell Dianne Ceniza” literally called me a lair multiple times and said I’m not providing the right info and I should call the police for missing packages even though I wasn’t missing packages and issue was a missing item.
It's always fun to shop at Saks Off 5th. They have a great variety of designer clothing, the racks are always very organized, and, unlike many of the outlet stores, it doesn't feel like the walls are closing in on you. I would like to give a shout-out to Lili at the Costa Mesa store. She is kind and helpful. On a recent visit, we had asked another employee to hold a few garments for a couple hours. When we returned, the store had decided to put them back on the racks. Lili who had helped us in the fitting rooms noticed that our pieces looked familiar and quickly ran them to us. We were so grateful!
Because of A O like this pregnant woman and elderly people struggles to find parking lot. SOUTH COAST should esforcé parking better.
Alert!!! Very Bad customer service! After not able to exchange toddler shoes was 1 day late for the return. The store manager told me, “you do not have to shop here”
Their website is terrible updating the out of stock inventory. Especially the clearance items on sale are all out of stock. Still they will waste customers time keeping them on their site. If customers cant order, whats the purpose of having the item with sale price. When its out of stock. Its like keeping garbage on your site. Ask your IT team to clean up the items when not available. Or provide option to filter the items that are only available. You do have filter to pick up from store. But it dont work. Get them to better your search filter.
Never have I seen a place with so many selections! With amazing sales everyday! If you're a fan of saving money, I highly recommend this place.
Only 30 days to return... Rediculous. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store. Never again.
Fantastic store to shop for clothes, suits, jewelry, and watches. The staff is amazing and they always go out on a limb to help you find what you need. Very clean store and there is a security guard at the front that helps make it feel more safe. If you're looking for something in particular it can be a hit or a miss, but if you will always find something you want but might not need. I prefer coming here to the Rack. The rack is way more busy and much more messy. I highly recommend Sacks OFF 5TH!
