Was quiet but so much more healthier than fast food, you choose the salad they make it add dressing pay and sit down. Had the chicken Caesar was good comes with a bread roll and soft drink. All in all was ok for a salad and drink for $11 you have free wifi parking in front.
Fresh greens and veggies. Always great service. And they have cold Snapple which is one of my favorite reasons to eat here
Lots of room inside, clean, not-so-reasonably priced, but they make up for it in variety, big portions, and friendly staff.
I’ve dined here many times in the past two years and am impressed with the staff as much as the food. They are always so helpful and friendly. I especially like the way they usually repeat an order as given, thus limiting mistakes or misunderstandings. I also appreciate that there always seems to be the presence of a more veteran member of the serving staff working with new employees. This supervising oversight ensures that there’s a continuity of quality and portion control. The dining room is always clean at least when I’m there which gives me the preferred option of eating there rather than traveling 8 Miles home. Now for the food. My wife and I have not been to adventurous with the menu because we like our favorites so much. She gets the Bentley with double ham, while I order Sophie’s Choice most often. Lately though I’ve ordered the Loaded Chicken salad spectacular along with a thick soup. Despite our failure to expand our choices, the salads and toppings always look FRESH and clean. Now I only need to go to the bakery less and stop by here more
Thank you Garrett for making my awesome salads and for getting me fresh out of the oven wheat rolls. It's the little things like that that keeps me coming back. You made my visit very special and you take good care of your customers. Awesome employee. Food was fantastic.
Good price, great taste, fresh produce, and a huge salad. Tried the cobb, they had many choices, and you can design your own as well. Every major dressing was present, with one or two exotic options. The staff was great. I will return the next time I am in the area.
This saladworks really out does itself!! I had a wonderful time there with my sister yesterday. The staff was friendly and although they ran out of a couple toppings they rushed to make sure that I got them on my salad. I've never felt more cared for out on a casual lunch than at this place. Highly Recommend to any of my salad lovers out there
They don’t always have a great selection of toppings. They’ve also discontinued many of my favorite toppings. The prices have gone up but I do still treat myself just not as often. Sometimes the service is great, other times it takes forever even if there’s only one person ahead of me.
This was just sent to their headquarters: Lodging a complaint against your company. Saladworks located in Piscataway, NJ. My family had been regular customers there for awhile. It seems when my wife goes in to make an order at this location, they always are out of many items that we like. The hired help has even gone as far as saying that they had a busy day and that's why? Are you kidding? Your business is based on food and customer service supposedly. You don't run out unless the hired help doesn't make the effort to prepare it. This has now gone on long enough where we are fed up with your business and service and lack there of. Not that it matters, I'm sure, but my wife and I agree Saladworks just lost some customers which by the looks of the business they do there which isn't that much should be of consequence to the headquarters. Maybe they should work on the basics of business and service instead of the useless gimmicks!
5 stars because this WAS a great Saladworks location. BY FAR the best in the area compared to Bridgewater and Hillsborough. As of today, this location is CLOSED. Store has been gutted, sign has been removed from the building and the location has been removed from Apple Maps. Saladworks official website still lists this as an active location which is untrue. We will miss this location!!!
