I love this store, but don’t abide by closing times as listed. I hope they can update them to reflect in the future to avoid unnecessary trips.
I went to this Exton location last night and arrived at 7:03. I was greeted at the door by an employee stating they just closed for the night and I would have to go to a different location. She stated "Thorndale is right down the road and they should be open." I pointed out to her that google shows they close at 8. When proceeded to tell me that normally, yes, they close at 8 but since they are short staffed and the manager is on vacation, they are leaving early. Mind you, there were 2 other employees and a gentleman in the store at the time of my conversation with her. She stated I'd have to find the other location and that she could not help me. Very frustration to me to have to wate gas for something that ws preventable if they'd only CHANGE THEIR HOURS ONLINE.
Placed an order for pickup yesterday and planned on stopping by after work to pick it up. Attempted to pick it up and the store was already closed went before closing time Went back again today and left work early only to find a sign on the door saying they had closed at 5 business hours 9-7
I love this location. I wandered in because I was in the area and the employees were beyond friendly and very helpful. I got an solid recommendation too! As someone who has done her own hair for almost 8 years, I don’t take those easily. I might even drive out of the way to get my color from here...very well stocked. The location near me in East Norriton is never stocked with my colors! You guys are awesome, thanks so much!
Paige was pleasant and supportive of her staff. Jessica was amazing helping me choose the best shampoo and conditioner for my lions mane. She was also patient with me helping me choose the hair color I wanted. I will definitely continue shopping there.
Paige is awesome. She's the store manager, and all I have to say is "good job sally beauty for hiring this gem". She was super helpful when I was indecisive about what hair dye to buy, even went out of her way to help me match up with the color I wanted. I've been shopping at sally for 4 years now, and no one has convinced me to get the club member card. Well, Paige did. When she actually explained what it would do for me, how could I resist? Oh also, she helped me pick out a fantastic shampoo and conditioner I am super pumped to try out. I left a Very happy customer!
Went in today to return an item and cashier outright ignored me. Served other people that came after me. Will I be coming back to this store? No! This was my to go store for all my hair products. You've just lost a faithful customer
I have a Sally’s 2 minutes down the road from my home, and still choose to go to the Exton location whenever I’m in need of product or dye. By far the FRIENDLIEST and least judgmental employees I’ve ever spoken with. From casual conversation, to recommendations for my AGA. Thanks for always being so kind!
They close whenever they feel like. Don’t trust the times on their google page.
The ladies that run it are great. Sallys right now isn't so hot. Well stocked store compared to others with very helpful people. This was the Exton store. Online right now for me SUCKS.
