I was helped by a great woman at first. At check out there was a different woman. I checked out and none of the buy one get one was on my receipt. She also wrong my items up incorrectly.  I went back in to inquire and there was a beauty advisor behind the register on her cell phone. It seemed like a personal call. I stood there 3 minutes before she acknowledged me and then put her hand up to tell me to wait!  The same woman who helped me earlier came to the register and reprocessed my whole order and I received the sales.  Check your receipts before you leave!

Christie has extensive knowledge of protective hairstyles and products.  It was amazing talking to her.  Excellent customer service l got from her.  Distance-wise, it's a bit farther away than other Sally's stores; but, I will come back to this one.  Customer service is everything.

Everytime I go into this store I have such a bad experience. The employees rather hangout and talk to each other rather than helping the customers. I asked for help from one of the associates who was having a conversation about their weekend. She called over the man to help me and said very loudly she can only imagine  what I need help with. He stopped what he was doing but went over to the person who the associate was having that conversation with instead of me. There’s zero urgency and they have no customer service. Lastly there was something that looked like blood on the floor. I left without buying a thing. I went next door and they answered my question and offered to help me.

When you walk in the store no one greets you, ask if you need help with anything. I waited at the cash register for 5 minutes two girls walked up nobody waited on me.  I didn't even get to purchase the item that I put on the counter. terrible customer service will never go there again

The worst Sally's I have ever been to. For one, the sales associate was rude telling me I need to hurry up and buy something so she can lock up for her break and the store was only open for three hours. I hate being rushed and as a customer and someone who has worked in retail before, you wait until the customer is done shopping then you go on break. I will never go back to that store again.

The staff is great, they're always putting new stock up. And they remember you by the products you purchase. I come in and they say hello and ask me if I'm in for whatever without looking me up.

Online says on Sunday it's close at 6pm but that's a lie. They close at 5. Now I can't get my hair done...  yall need to change ur online time for when yall closing.

If beauty supplies are your thing this is the place to go. Although the staff could be less snotty but that's what you get when you hire teenage girls I suppose

No hair color selection at all. Brands are mixed together with no rhyme or reason, they don't carry the proper developers or anywhere  near complete lines.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Employees know nothing about products and eat potato chips while ringing up ur purchases all while the manager is just sitting on her phone! Never again
