Welcome to Salomé on Main, an experience that will define our culture and heritage through past, present and future culinary traditions. Our concept is built on the idea of preserving traditional flavors and techniques and meticulously presenting dishes with a modern hand, all the while challenging our culinary teams to redefine “Mexican” cuisine as our region knows it. At Salomé on Main we take great pride in honoring our family’s all but forgotten tradition of nixtamalization, the process of steeping maize and grinding it in a Molino to create masa. We utilize pre-Hispanic tools such as the Metate and Molcajete and pay homage to generations of Abuelitas who passed along their cooking techniques. As always, our concept will keep a keen eye on sustainability and only source from responsible growers, ranchers and farmers.
Our Bar program boasts the largest and most eclectic array of Tequila, Mezcal, and Sotol our region has seen in recent years. Our Cocktails are hand crafted and feature fresh squeezed juices from our Valley’s finest citrus and produce. Our wine list celebrates the up and coming Mexican –American wine makers that are making their impression on the wine world by expressing their talent and that of generations of viticulturists that shaped the landscape of Napa Valley and beyond.
