Did an excellent job on my hair, absolutely love when I come here :D Everyone is very nice and always make me feel welcome and happy about my hair!

Sam is AMAZING and always providing perfect hair-related services. There is no one I trust more with my very thick, very black hair. Whether I'm getting full honey-colored highlights, or going in for a simple haircut, Sam's service is always above and beyond.  The salon itself is clean and carries some great Kevin Murphy products.  The salon staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.  I drive 40 minutes just to go to this salon because there is no where else I'd rather go - and trust me, I've tried more local places. I'm not a big review person but I honestly have never been more satisfied with a salon experience and I've gone to Giuliana for a few years now, so it seemed like a good time to review! Giuliana always nails my balayage and cuts, and I just started going to Ashley for sugaring this summer which has also been great. Both girls are so sweet and professional and receptive to what I'm looking for; really, the entire staff seems to have a positive and professional attitude and the salon's environment and location are so cute. Definitely recommend if you're in the market for salon services.

Very professional and listen to the client's needs and wants. Had my hair styled and makeup done for my wedding .  Stylist Sam did a great job making me feel comfortable. Beautiful job on hair and makeup. Great team of girls at Jia Li!

I flew into Cleveland and was in town for a brief couple of days on business/pleasure. My hair was a hot mess from TWO attempted colorings back from where I was from and I just blindly picked a Salon from google reviews due to not knowing any businesses in the area. They fit me right in the SAME day I got there! Amazing! Because most GOOD salons that I’ve experienced can’t or won’t schedule you for a same day appt. My hairstylist was Vanessa and she was FABULOUS!!! She knew exactly what I was looking for, we talked like we had known each other for years that’s how comfortable she made me feel and the work and end results of my new hair color was purely extraordinary!!! Thank you so much Vanessa and the staff that worked my appointment in! I will be forever grateful, I just wished you lived in Florida so you could be my hair stylist from now on. But I promise, when I’m in town again, I will come visit and maybe just wait to get my hair done when I come see you all!  Thank you again!!

They did an awesome job on my hair! I went to ANOTHER salon for a balayage and they completely messed it up and damaged my hair  I called Salon Jia Li they were so nice and got me in the next day so I wouldn't have to keep wearing a hat to work! All the girls there were so nice and helpful  and the salon owner Mary and her great stylists Sam and Jalyssa they made my hair beautiful!  I didn't think anyone could fix the damage from that other salon but they did it  I highly recommend!!!

I have been going to Giulianna at Jia Li for years, and I absolutely love it there! She always has great ideas for my hair, especially when I am ready for a big change!! Danielle has been doing my manicure and pedicures and she is awesome, and entertaining!!! I refer everyone I know to Jia Li!!

Good experience at this salon. The office manager is helpful and Giuliana, the stylist, is friendly.

I leave the salon feeling like a million bucks every time I visit. My hair is thick , wavy and simewhat difficult and I get a great can u talk every time. My daughter recently visited to donate hair to Locks of Love and was given Star treatment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
