I’ve been an inpatient of this facility twice now. I love it. I went through a couple of medication changes. The therapists are great. I even did the outpatient IOP twice. I graduated from it both times. It’s group therapy. It made me realize how fortunate I really am.

I have a lot of experience working with patients suffering from psychological disorders. I work in a treatment program that deals with the most extreme cases all over North America. Believe me when I tell you that you should never go here. This is the worst facility I've ever heard about and I was even admitted there for a time. The staff are incredibly judgmental and uneducated on how to handle escalated people. They made fun of me several times while screaming, crying, or in severe distress. They pretended to not be able to hear me when I asked questions. The night nurse actually went into the back room and hid from me. My therapist was childish and upset because I opposed him and he gave me diagnoses with absolutely no backing. I was met with extreme resistence to get out every step of the way and even promised to leave and then was kept another night. Their "facility" if you can even call it that is basically one big room. For the love of God, DO NOT GO HERE! You will be retraumatized and in poor hands. They deserve to be shut down. We never send our patients here due to similar experiences such as this and I would warn you to stay away.

I had a very bad experience with one particular nurse, but besides that, this place truly saved my life. I've been here twice, once involuntarily and once voluntarily. The groups are really helpful and interesting. The staff most of them are caring and compassionate and involved. My psychiatrist, Tom, got me on the right combination of meds that changed my whole outlook on life. I came here hopeless and left hopeful. I'd recommend this above any other inpatient psych facility in the area.

I went to this place with a life threatening crisis. I called them on a Sunday, then I called them the Monday after, and I was admitted immediately. The entire staff was so kind. I had a night that I was truly in a high crisis mode and they calmed me down very gently, sitting down and talking with me. I was being treated like a human being rather than just another crazy patient on their hands. When I was deemed safe to go home, I was happy, yet sad. I made friends and I truly loved the activities. The yoga, the music therapy, the Schema therapy groups, all of it. One thing I will say though, the food could be better. Thank you for saving my life. Literally. -Annie

I'm a diabetic and they could not give me the correct medication to treat my condition. Some nurses were sympathizing others were ignorant. I almost died in their care.  I challenge them to sue me if I'm incorrect.

I was restricted to my room while here for buying an ice cream on 4th of July from an ice cream truck on an outing. Their rules at the time, clearly stated that I could buy things with my own money.  I had things taken out of my hygiene overnight, for example: hair oil in a tiny container. I was treat well by the minority workers. However, some of the staff treated me unfairly. I left in fear. I also left with bruises. The treatment was not reconciled. The only feedback my care team received was that my allegations was not found. I do not recommend this place if you are seeking help.

Staff are kind, listen, and keep a fulfilling schedule. Art therapy, music therapy, groups, and daily med management really made the difference in a crisis point for me. As a therapist myself, I found it to be a well run and personable facility and experience!

I willingly checked myself into inpatient here due to suicide ideation. I have severe body dysmorphia and this place made it 10x worse for the simple fact that I over heard the staff talk about my appearance multiple times. Not a very professional staff considering they are working with people who are not in a good mental space already. I would never go here again. I have more trauma going there then I did going in. Go somewhere else.

Shady emissions process. Get a clear understanding and detail for the services they CLAIM to provide BEFORE your loved one gets admitted. They will  Outright lie to get willing patients in the door. This place has Outdated medical practices and poor patient advocacy. Read the other similar negative reviews. *Update 3/3/23. I followed the link they sent me and provided my contact information. They have yet to reach out to me.

i did inpatient and outpatient services here and it was traumatizing. you would not think that could happen when you go to a place to relieve and get help for past trauma. all i left with was more trauma from the terrible experience i had in there from staff and other patients, and dreadful medical bills that have caused so much more stress. This entire experience just added more to my plate and now have to may for even more therapy to get help from my past trauma and this stupid experience. when i was inpatient the doctor told me they didn’t understand why the people downstairs thought i needed to be inpatient when i originally went in for outpatient services. waste of time and money. im extremely devastated. outpatient wasn’t very helpful either. except the therapist was cool. that’s it
