Salt Lake Power Yoga was created to build a relationship-based #commUNITY and to share our love of the practice with you. We have created a space that encompasses a combination of healing heat, intelligently sequenced movements and a philosophy that allows you to settle in with breath. We invite our students to show up as they are, to relax, breathe deeply and immerse themselves in a #commUNITY that is unlike any other in Salt Lake City. Many of our power classes are held in a heated room, with a dynamic focus on strength, balance, and patience, all guided by our world-class teachers, many of which have trained with Baron Baptiste. In addition to our class schedule, we also offer premier Yoga Teacher Training and Corporate Wellness Programs.
