I went there yesterday and was looking to buy some beds , I was told to go to the back and when I got in the back some old lady was trying to sell me beds with all kinds of stains on them . I asked about a twin and she told me $125.00 for the nasty bed . I told her I wasn't gonna pay that kinda money for a bed that has stains on it and she got all mad yelling and being very rude . I got news for everyone because in the state of arkansas, it's against the law for any business to sell those kinda beds . They are nothing but , big trouble ! My thing is I don't care if she been there 17 years or not , we do not get rude with customers and yell at them . I'm a former employee of salvation army and if I was still working there I'd fire that lady because nobody likes to deal with rudeness with a customers . I've been going to that stoee for years , spending lots of money and to go in there and get yelled at and rude with me isn't gonna work . I bet she yells at the workers too because I talked to the lady up front and she is never rude with anybody. I just thought you might want to know about her her rudeness with customers !
Pricing way to high to help people in need !!! Won’t give a break on medical short term use equipment Go to the Samaritan shop much better pricing helping those of us in need and their police is the medical equipment donated so use what they have bring it back Very disappointed in Salvation Army
I was pleasantly surprised by this store. Things were neat and organized - books, glassware, craft supplies, etc. There was a lot to see. It was my first visit there but I do plan to go again. When I read some other reviews, I thought it would be mainly furniture and clothes, but there was much more!
I love this store so much. I am on first name basis with the staff and be sure to pay attention to what color tag is only $1.00. My only draw back is they're closed on Sunday. Other than that this is truly my favorite thrift store.
I recently purchased a crockpot from the Rogers store, I inquired whether or not they test items before selling them, was told yes. I get it home and the whole bottom of the ceramic pot is cranked, to the leaking point. I contact the store.... left message for management, still waiting for a call back days later. I will not be returning to this store EVER again, people shop thift because the don't want to spend full price for items, so deliberately ripping people off does not set well with me.
2nd time visiting the store in Roger, it was dirty, prices were to high & as I was shopping a employees were removing items that were marked as a $1 & the color of the day wasn't discounted & the cashier short older lady was very rude. I won't be shopping at this store again.
Didn't smell like most Salvation Army stores. But the pricing is a little high. I actually found prices higher than you can buy at a retail store. Didn't make sense. People are super friendly.
The young boy couldn't have been older then 14 maybe younger. But he welcomed us and was so energetic couldn't help but be in a good mood even if u was to walk in there in a bad mood. I 2 young ladies working was amazing and very polite and funny. I and the wife will definetly be regular shoppers here
Just stopped in to pike around, and actually found some REALLY great deals! Their prices are just right, and they also started a Plus Size section! The ladies were very nice and helpful. I've made this my New go to store!
In my experiance theres only 2 that works the that are friendly and nice the others are rude.epecially the manager Kari I dont know where you found her but you need to send her back. And what's up with the food when its donated its giving out by Hispanics talk about decrimination. Does that sound right to you. And the manager let's them get by with it. I go into the store alot but the prices are getting out to expensive. Really its donated I myself donate . But I've also seen them throw donations away. What's up with that? Not good enough? What you need to do is find a new manager and new volunteers for your food donations. Maybe then some of the whites and blacks might have a chance of getting some.
