I’m here visiting from the Midwest and me mum had a Sam’s membership so we shop here nearly every weekend. And wow. Everything is in bulk and a reasonable price even with the sky rocketing market of food and everything. We got some kinda shrimp salad and it is freaking g delicious. It would be good to have with chips and use as a dip. I also get my reigns from here and Gatorades. What I’m saying is Sam’s club is above Wally World. Both usually pretty busy but have quite great prices.
So frustrating... bought tires.. there was nobody at the tire desk to pick up my keys so I went out with my very perishable groceries. I finally found someone ... my tires were paid for mind you.. and they suggested I leave my cart outside...and proceeded to make me walk back through the whole store to get my keys.. and .. you guessed it.. I had to walk all the way back through the store to leave.. and then track down my groceries.. I am premium member...this should never happen..
We have visited this Sam's location several times since we moved to Rock Hill last year. Almost every time we have been kindly greeted when we walk in the door. The selection of products is always fantastic and in stock. I have tried the sushi and other fresh food they offer. Each time, i have received a great tasting product. The fruit and produce is also something we buy often. We have always noticed great quality fruit and produce which other places can not match! The clothing is also a great benefit to the membership. Always great quality and a good price. Overall, a great Sam's location with friendly and helpful staff.
I just recently got a Sam's Club membership and I do not regret it at all. My wife and I have been here twice since getting that membership and the prices are hard to come by anywhere else. We like to make some purchases in bulk so this store is great for us in that regard.
Visited Rock Hill location and the service was very satisfactory. I was able to shop peacefully and quickly find what I was looking for. The store was very clean and pleasant.
It's really nice, mostly when u have the online scanner thing beacsue it make it way easier :D though, it is really big, I lost my mom once, and I thought I no-clipped into the backrooms tbh. And their sample are super yummy yummy in my tummy wummy!!!!!
A wholesome wholesale experience where you can find plenty of household goods, from garden furniture to fruit to wine to kayaks. The shopping carts in the store fit two kids, if you were wondering how you'd visit the store with two kids. The staff are friendly and will help out if need be. Their fruit is fresh and great quality
Great place for home goods & daily household groceries with wide range of variety, very clean warehouse with a fuel station facility not only that fuel pump hoses are expendable in this location. Conveniently located near Rock Hill Downtown with I-77 access in less than 2 minutes.
Have been a member of Sam's Club for several years now. This store is very nice, clean, and seems compact. Easy to find what you need and if you can't, someone is there to help you!! Check out their deals on RTD protein shakes!! In and out very quickly recently too.
I was extremely disappointed on this visit to Sam's Club. I went there to purchase a particular brand of salmon, which I could not find in the freezer, so I went to customer service to see if it was in the store. Ahmed confirmed that it is in stock. They had 105 boxes, but none were on the shelves, which I told him that I searched in every freezer case. He just looked at me and then said, "Ask an associate to help you. Like... when do you ever see an associate on the floor in Sam's club. What is the purpose of member services? I went back to the area where it should be and looked for it for another 30 minutes. NO associates anywhere. I decided to order it for pick up. No pick up available for the same day and a $4 service charge, so it would cost me more money and another 45 minute trip back to Sam's...no thank you! Poor customer service this trip!!!
