I took my wife’s van in to have the tire pressure sensors replaced. The automotive staff was very helpful with making the best decision and informing me of all my options. On top of that, when they replaced the sensors they noticed that the wheels had been balanced incorrectly done by Mavis in Wimauma They rebalanced all the wheels, and didn’t even change me anything extra When I asked if I could pay for the extra care, they said that is what it looks like to take care of the customer. Well, they have earned a faithful customer from now on! Great team, and awesome customer service!
Sam’s Riverview is located on the corner of Big Bend and 301. The club has ample parking. Sam’s Club is a good value for the membership. You can find clothes, snacks, jewelry, electronics, toys, produce, bread products, meats, drinks, etc in the store. The portions or sizes are usually dig, the value is to get these bulk offers at a discounted price and the savings will be thereafter. I have been a member of Sam’s since 2012 and I enjoy being one of their members.
Usually have positive experiences here. The stores always clean and the customer service is usually amazing, but Kim at the exit was very rude. There was a customer walking out and held his receipt out for her to scan. He didn’t realize she wasn’t ready yet and she responded “I didn’t call you.” He didn’t realize what she said, so she said it again very firmly and told him she wasn’t open. There’s a better way to handle that. I felt it was extremely rude. The poor guy looked defeated.
Use this Bakery, cake are delicious. Robin was able to help me with a two special order cakes, customer service #1. That is where it starts. Thank you to all Sam's Employees!!!!!
Always a great place to find good deals. We found this mini house for our two year old on clearance. Very convenient with the scan and go app. So you don’t have to sit in long lines at the checkout.
We live 5 minutes from here, yet we choose to drive 40 minutes to Costco. The bathrooms are nasty. The store smells over all. They do have some good selections for food that we miss, but just too dirty of a store to shop at.
Tier center replaced 4 tires on my son's car. I usually do my own work on cars with exception of tire replacement due to not having mounting machine. They cross thread 4 out of 5 lugs on one tire and when I went to replace brakes, lugs nuts would not come off without breaking tire lugs off. So thank you to the employee who did not know or care what they were doing!
Some of the groceries and clothes,shoes are at good price. I did not have good experience to schedule my cars tire service.I had to wait for 15 minutes,no one picks up the call. Finally someone answered and gave an appt after 10 days.I checked in at tire centre and checked out in 35 minutes and have a good experience now.
Having a rough day, I went to the wrong Sam's Club to pick up my order. When I finally arrived at the Riverview Sam's Club the correct store, Jane was very helpful and took the time to find my order it took extra work as the order had been cleared out of the system because of my mistake. She was kind and understanding. I appreciate all the associates at Sam's Club who make customers like me feel appreciated even when we make mistakes. Thank you!
I really like this location because it's clean, no empty shelves, and they have Wi-Fi..... It can be a little crowded at times and the AT&T people can be a bit aggressive but that's my only complaint because even the customer service is very good
